They need to retrain all of their T-Force members on Twitter. I have had 2 of their techs tell me to cancel my service when I complained about the awful speeds as of late. I have told them numerous times they are the only ISP that services the area that I live in. They even went as far to tell me they can downgrade me so that I am not paying $65/month. They even went as far as to lie that the speed will be the same. They need to fix this already instead of telling customers that there is no problem. This has been happening way too frequently.

Washington state - a couple months ago we had weeks of horrible service (yes worse than usual), they said it was an issue on their part. Then it appeared they got it fixed. That lasted about a week and it went down again and hasn't been much better since. Tonight I can't stream on the TV, it's buffering every couple minutes or the screen just goes completely black. The first couple years weren't bad but now it's worse than the worst dial up. T Mobile and I will (not sadly) soon be parting ways.

Love how America's 'Fastest 5G Home Internet' according to T-Mobile can peak out at 600Mbps at times and other times you are lucky to get 10Mbps. Like Ford claiming they have the fastest sportscar in their advertisements, but the reality is it keeps randomly slowing down to the speed of a pedal bicycle. End up having to use the Internet at their pleasure and not ours. Even worse when T-Mobile does not even provide a service status webpage and we are in Long Beach, within visual sight of their cell tower.

Im right there with you on this situation. No matter how many times you call they try and give you that fake we got this... Yet they never fix anything and keep acquiring more problems without fixing the ones it has. For instance, I am one of those people that hears that knocking noise when calling people and I have done everything possible to remedy it. However, I found out it is not on my end it is actually on their end, and it is the phone number that is corrupted that they need to rebuild and yet they refuse to. This would mean they would have to provide that same fix for everyone since it started with T-Mobile and provide it to the other cell carriers. Why would they want to admit that and help everyone.... oh wait lawsuit.

WWe Just get it less then a month ago and it is starting to act up. I'm really thinking about switching because of the many people lems people are having. T-mobile loves to not own their issues. Especially if a tower is out. This has been going on way too many times. I am getting really tired of even trying to do anything on the internet. Speeds are normally 200 down and 15-20 up. I have been getting 48 down and 7 up. This is starting to get really old. I don't know how they expect people to pay $65/month for this garbage. If I had other options for internet I would have dumped them ages ago.

We were told at 2:08pm today (Friday the 29th) that all service had been restored to T-Mobile's fiber customers. Another falsehood. Like the one at 3:29 this morning saying that. Wrong again. We have spent HOURS on the phone for the past 2 days, trying to get a straight answer. Our service is STILL down. We have rebooted countless times, we are still offline. And the thought of another hour or more on hold just to be told "Sorry, we're working on it," despite the false emails.. well ... the outage is bad, but it's the truly lousy customer support making it worse. Bottom line: as of 4:45 pm Friday the 29th, despite texts and emails promising otherwise, we still have NO Internet.

I think sites with lots of edge servers/infrastructure (like Google and Amazon) are ok. Traffic to other sites typically goes through a CDN, a kind of second-party host that bundles traffic to speed things up. Im pretty sure the server requests are bouncing off this layer, which is 100% on the Tmobile side. Kind of like 100 people trying to squeeze through a door. Eventually some give up and go home (and your site doesn't load).

I’m in High Point near Wendover. It looks like I should have everything.nice green lights on all my routers like I have full Internet. I can actually stream TV? but can’t get on any websites via laptop or phone. Occasionally email has popped through. At one point I was able to run a ping test. Had speeds in kilobytes going up to a megabyte, or three, or four, very strange. I can tell they must be trying, but nothing yet as far as Internet. I’m only on here now because I had to go run an errand and I’m using data of course.😊

T-Mobile Fiber home internet has been down here in Durham since about 2am, so about 17hrs. Had to literally work from my car today on a mobile phone. Waited on hold with customer service for a long time this afternoon before just giving up. T-Mobile is going to lose some customers over this - they need far better communication with customers. If Google Fiber were available at my address, I would seriously consider switching.

Service came back for a couple hours and now it has gone to crap again. Download is intermittent and upload is non existent. Had to use hotspot on my AT&T phone for this post because after 3 attempts, I gave up and connected to my phone. It also seems that lately T-Mobile has been practicing same bs as ATT does, and throttling speeds, which is why I left ATT to begin with.

Not impressed with the 1000% no ability to contact them. If I didn't have a wire service scheduled, I wouldn't even know there was a nationwide outage. Their phone says "Please connect on our web-page.". If I could do that, I wouldn't have to. Meanwhile I suppose I'm off to startbucks to work.

Simple web pages will not load. It is understandable that system components fail, but for the outage to last more than a short period of time, in a company as big as T Mobile, is just a sign of pathetic management of people and resources. Service is their business, so without it, there are no customers. Profits cannot exist without customers, so whatever cost cutting they've implemented, will destroy their customer base and future profits.
