Got a new T-Mobile home internet box after 3 years with the old one. Old box had an issue like once every month or so. The new white 5G box is hot garbage. In northern Wahington. I haven't been able to stream a show for weeks without buffering every 10 seconds or going out completely and the computer is slow and off/on. I called a week ago and was told there was a "problem in my area". Called back on 9/4, he saw nothing about problems here. Went through testing, running speed tests which he called "abysmal" (download never went above 5 and mostly was far below that, including .84). He send a new gateway (it's on the way) saying it likely wouldn't help. He said I wouldn't be billed for the month because no one should pay for what I'm getting and I was billed $50 today. He said he would check with engineering and call me back the next day and we agreed on 2pm. I got home at 1:30 and sat here for two hours and no call. Called again tonight, he couldn't find my account. Called back, so much noise in the background I hung up. Goodbye T-Mobile, you deserve a lawsuit for taking the money and not providing the service.

Tmobile home Internet went out around 3pm today in Baltimore. Glad OTA channels, DvDs are working. Kinda sucks when streaming media is part of the party for seniors who need to be indoors during the holiday party and media setup for them is not working. Looks like they're going to be talking politics and who to vote for and who is worth talking about. About 20 minutes ago the topic was data centers.

Mid-Michigan. This service has been the biggest heap of flaming garbage I've ever had the displeasure of working with. When I consistently get <1Mbps dl/ul, aswell as 200-5000 ping, what "service" are you providing? Had it for months now, and it's just degraded. Every. Single. Day. Today, it took me 8 whole minutes to google this page, and then load this page. Absolutely ridiculous. They deserve to lose every subscriber they have. Raking millions in profit but we can't put a tiny bit of work into our Internet service.

I'm in NW Florida, and the cell tower is less than a mile away from my house. Both the internet, and data were working just fine until around 12:00 PM today. Now the wifi and data are both extremely slow, and seem to not be able to go above 200Kbps.

Have had T-Fiber for a year now. Multiple outages EVERY single month, sometimes spanning over 24 hours, zero notice acknowledging an outage or when service would be restored. Starting 8/18 T-fiber would go down around noon everyday until AT LEAST 6:30 PM, intermittent connection failing ever 2 minutes. For 4 days straight, no acknowledgement, no answer from support about what was happening. By the 5th day it would be down for 11 hours straight. No answer from support still. Then tech came out "restored service confirming connectors needed to be replaced to ensure no more disruptions" 20 minutes later he left. Our connection went totally dark and have never had a connection since. AND THAT WAS 13 F'N DAYS AGO!!!!! I even had to get TMobile 5g home internet just to continue to work from home. Today, I dont even have connection on either. Tomorrow another Tech is finally being sent back. I have zero faith in him, T-Fiber, or T-Mobile that service will ever work again. I would recommend DIAL up before ever recommending any TMobile internet service! HOW IN THE WORLD ARE YOU GETTING BEAT BY XFINITY!!

I live in Las Vegas, NV, near Nellis Air Force Base, and my brother and I are experiencing issues with our phone calls. They keep cutting in and out, which is very frustrating, especially when I receive calls from family and loved ones. I hope this problem gets fixed soon. My landlord mentioned that the jamming could be caused by Nellis Air Force Base, as the jets fly directly over our trailer park, which seems possible. Is anyone else experiencing the same phone issues? Please let me know.

T-Mobile's 5G home internet upload speeds have been about 5 Mbps in East Sacramento for the past month. I visited my local T-Mobile store a few weeks ago. They verified that there's a problem, but could provide no date when it'd be fixed. I'm surprised this has been going on for a month, upload speeds should be between 12 -55 Mbps for my Amplified Home Internet plan, according to T-Mobile.

Down in Lynchburg, VA. App has been glitching constantly. I got kicked off the app and could only sign in by creating a new user ID. Was waiting over 35 minutes to speak to technical support and no one ever answered. Seems like they were more worried about enhancing the design of the app UI, and now we are all having constant tech issues. C’mon T-Mobile, get it together lol.

I just bought a new razr 2026 and edge from them. The signal is now literally worse than the s22 ultra I traded for the razr and signal on new edge sucks too. Literally .5 MBs speeds day and night. Fluctuating from 20 to 30 down to that. Do not know what to do. On hold for 20 minutes for tech support. I know it's gonna be an hour plus. Easy. And nothing will get done.

It seems like the internet goes down multiple times a night. Why pay for 5G when most of the time you only get 2.4? My phone gets knocked off the wifi so much, I don't even try to connect with my phone anymore. But it is quite annoying trying to watch a movie with your family and can't because the internet is so very bad on a regular basis. T-mobile should be ashamed of themselves and need to give their customers a big credit for all the trouble they get put through. AT&T advertises doing that anytime internet goes down...If tmobile did that, many people would not owe a bill. Tmobile needs to get it together!

My 5G internet keeps connecting and reconnecting. Constantly. It just started this a month ago. And YES I restarted the modem multiple times. And I moved it to a new location 3x I've had the internet since May 2025 and never had an issue. So I know there's something wrong!!!! My internet picks up from Indianapolis IN. Dont go calling people bad parents for letting their child discover the biggest thing in this generation, literally everything nowadays either needs or supports technology. You do know banks use technology right? one day we wont even use paper for currency. so all we would have is technology :)
