Upload is really slow, sporadically, and gives an error that internet is not available, second and third try it is available, and stops after a few seconds. Download seems slower than normal, by a little, but consistent, so the opposite of what usually happens when 5G isn't working. Northern Idaho.

I live in Pasadena, CA, and I just tried to make the switch to T-Mobile. It is painfully slow. A friend, also in Pasadena (1 mile west), is getting super fast speed from T-Mobile. I'm not sure what the problem could be. I moved the modem, closer to a window, but no change.

I was told i would get around 300 download 20 upload and it could not be further than the truth. On a good day i get maybe 30 down 2 up its pathetic. Every time a call tech support they say they are servicing the towers every time. So i went into the store and the sells man said they are no longer supporting my area because the towers are way to full to work so if you call tech service asking why your speeds are horrible and they tell you they are serving the towers they are lying to you. Worst internet there is and there support team is even worse.

Every month, a week before my T-mobile 5g home internet service bill is due, I start getting "connected without internet" issues across all devices. I'll make a report here and mysteriously, everything connects and works properly. Until the next day. Every month for the 13 months I've had their non-service. Today, I finally had enough and have ordered Starlink. I hope T-mobile goes bankrupt!

West Virginia resident, area code 25113, 7:30am- Internet went out last night & as of now, home 5G & the one cell phone with Tmobile, still currently not working! We just had an outage last week, with all 3 towers near us having "a major outage", but couldn't tell us why...This month has been the worst of the worst with t-mobile, bc if it's not an outage, it's poor, very poor, internet, and by that I mean, about every 3 hrs, the gateway has to be unplugged and the rokus have to be reconnected to devices...And I thought Frontier was bad...! It's just 2 people in this household, & the only devices using the internet are 2 tvs and 1 phone that is contracted with T-mobile. Anyways, finally so fed up I had to make an account here so I could vent! Fix your crappy service t-mobile!!!!!!

4/18 day 3 of Nashville internet fiasco. it's gotten Progressively worse. managed to get home internet to peak at 93 mbps during heavy traffic time briefly. then dropped down to 12 mbps remainder of day until 8pm when it dropped to 0. so here we are at 8am sitting at 2.7 mbps. gateway at maxed bars "excellent connection" been restarted/recycled countless times now. back and forth with "tech support" for hours over last 3 days. no solution yet. I wok from home so at this rate will lucky if I still have a job come monday morning

Eastern NC not getting any 5G connection on my devices (Google Fi), have attempted the internet fix button a few times to today. With the reduction of LTE performance to allocate more resources to 5G not having 5G connection makes RDP connection from tethered laptop just about unusable. Everything at this location was fine a couple days.
