60 miles north of Seattle… T-mobile internet slow to load for past 2 days as I was trying to access my brokerage and bank accounts. But now tv streaming is spotty with frozen screen interruptions every minute or so and occasional black tv screen. Now it stopped in the middle of a T-mobile commercial. Not kidding! iPhone just alerted I’m not connected to Internet as I write this… maybe my comment will upload, maybe it won’t. iPhone software update tonight… need continuous internet for that. And through all this, my 3 month old T-mobile modem says everything is just dandy with all bars showing. Go figure…

Was on the phone with my partner and all of a sudden my call dropped. Tried calling him back and it stated I wasn't connected to a network and could only make emergency calls. Waited a few minutes and all of a sudden I could make a call again

5g home internet down to a crawl. 2mbps. Normal is 450 to 650. Reboot. Test the gateway directly(took my router out of the mix) and still 2 mbps. Rebooted twice and did a reboot from t-life . No luck. Been like this 1 hour or so. Illinois about 25 miles east of st Louis

5G Cellular is down / intermittent in Northernmost parts of DFW Metroplex, TX. This is 4th or 5th time in my area in recent 2½ weeks and it has been primarily during peak times (evening rush hour) in 3 instances. Now show 2 bars but have no internet.

Daly City, California. 5G for phones and T-Mobile home internet had been consistently between 300 and 600Mbps since installation last September. The past seven days, however, it's been no higher than 40, mostly below 12, and last night and today only around 1.5-3. Curremtly it's below 1 Mbps. Tower is two blocks from my house. Gateway is in window and signal is consistently excellent to very good, band is n41. Have rebooted and factory reset multiple times with no change to speed.

Just a heads up for anyone using a VPN on their phone/network. Yesterday's outage could have caused a hiccup with the VPN. If you're able to text/call just reset the VPN and it should work!

Waterloo, Iowa My mobile data has been sporadic for at least two weeks. It goes from very slow to fast at the blink of an eye. Resetting the mobile network doesn't seem to help much. At one point switching to the 4g network manually seemed to help. Since they've discontinued 2g service the ability to use 4g manually is gone. They've locked my phone to 5g. My speeds currently are 2.2 down and .02 up, its pathetic. I understand the U.S. cellular merger is underway. Are they just adding more users to the T-mobile towers and discontinuing the U.S. cellular towers. I will switch providers soon if they can't get things right.

My 5G Home internet has been down since yesterday. When i contacted Customer Support they said it was an wide outage and that he had no idea when it will come back up and to leave the router on. Plus the fact that i also tried to reset my pin on my account cant do that until the service is working. This is crazy I'm in Owings Mills MD and on their coverage map everything shows normal I wish T-Mobile had a notification service to let its customers know when this outage will be fixed and how long.

WiFi just went out a second ago. I have T-Mobile 5g home internet. The power went out on that side of the house for a second and I believe it has something to do with reconnecting to the T-Mobile network. Happened yesterday with the WiFi as well. Had no signal for half my 36-mile ride on Metra UPNW today. Zero signal in downtown Barrington(!) almost to Irving Park. When I couldn't show my e-ticket to the conductor he laughed and said "You must have T-mobile." So, it wasn't just me. Not sure if it is because I only have a 4G phone but signal has been spotty for the last week or so.

Recommendation if you were impacted - log a formal complaint through the FCC. The complaint will get logged and, if FCC advances to the carrier, the Carrier is to provide a formal response within 30 days. This carrier is under a FCC consent decree and their response directly to consumers is STILL challenging. Leverage the complaint process through federal regulators to document your experience and any recourse/resolution.

My supposed 2GB internet in Amarillo, TX is not even achieving 100MB on the download speed or upload speed, so something is definitely going on compared to normal. If I were 400MB or greater, I wouldn't have bothered to even check, but at this lower rate, I'm way overpaying. :-)

Check your phone settings. Seems like only 5G is down. Your phone might be set to not switch to LTE if 5G is down. LTE works, slowly
