Finally at around 7 p.m. yesterday order showed showing the original delivery date of today the 20th. Woke up at 3 a.m. to use the bathroom and was sent an email update to delivery to the 26th. Immediatly cancelled the order.

I’m having the same issue, I ordered at 10am, and my items had limited stock. Never received email confirmation about my order & app shows nothing, I checked my bank account & the money was taken out.

Placed two orders last night, one around 11 and another at about 1am EST. Then another this morning about 8pm my wife placed an order as well. My first order has always shown processing, Second order never appeared until about 6pm EST. And the third order showed up about 7pm. That second order is now ready for pickup but my first is still processing. Support said to restart the app and clearly wasn’t much help. Headed to target to see what I can pickup actually lol. I will keep you all posted. Seems like it’s just a waiting game and we’re at targets mercy.

Yes, I placed my order at 7:46 am PST. I placed the order, showed the normal confirmation that they were working on the order. I checked back a couple of hours later and the order was completely gone, but the charge was still on my card. Just keep checking your account - mine randomly showed back up several hours later!

According to one target employee I spoke to on Twitter: “I work at target and their entire system is down, the orders are basically sitting in a cloud waiting to drop into our system for the opu team to pick the items. you will be able to whenever the system comes up for the teams to get the orders, on our end it says we have none. it’s a big mess that’s for sure. it’s definitely going to be busy for when they come back online“

I hope they'll be fulfilled in the order they were made, because stock was low around my neighboring Target stores. They had a projected delivery of Sunday the 21st. But if they decide to ship from some other state, I fear I wouldn't get it before the holiday. Ya, my fault for waiting until the almost last minute to get my secret santa a gift from their list. I should have known better to look around at other options, where Amazon has it for next day shipping at exact price. It's probably Target stock anyway.

Correct, if you ordered through the app, you're out of luck. Since you can't find history of pages on the app. The browser has all those nice history links that will come in handy for times like this. :)

I heard from my local target that there will be some sort of update at 4pm EST but you can also look up the target subreddit on Reddit and some employees suggest orders eventually will be fulfilled or give you the option to cancel.

In the URL search bar, I just typed referenceid (I'm using chrome on PC) and it popped up at the bottom of my search bar. If you didn't order on the website and did it through the target app, I don't think it will be in your search history, but I could be wrong.

Someone posted to look in your browser history and find Target Confirmation takes you to your confirmation I was able to find my order that wasn't showing up and didn't get the email confirmation

Its truly criminal that during the holidays Target is allowing people to STILL process orders, knowing that they will experience issues. Refunds arent automatic, so they are virtually forcing who knows how many people to purchase items TWICE and then wait for their money to be returned. I feel bad for those will low funds who maybe spent their last dollar on a gift and cant afford to just buy it again/wait for the order to be refunded. Shame on Target.

Start checking your online orders tab on target , looks like they are slowly getting things back up . I can now see previous orders but the most recent order . Fingers crossed because they get the most recent orders back up definitely charged me for my order this morning !

If you ordered online. Check your history for a target URL link that ends with referenceid=. Take that number, your order ID, and put it at the end of target .com/order/###### to see your order. They have a record of it, it's just not in the online profile or the app.

Just spoke to chat and they stated that when the system is back up our orders will be fulfilled

I was able to speak with someone in the order department and they said there is a global issue causing them to not be able to process any pickup or drive up orders as well as any gift cards. She said once the issue is fixed, the orders will be able to be processed but she's not sure when that will be and told me to check back tomorrow. She also said if I wanted to purchase my items in person I could, and then once the issue is fixed and the online order is processed and ready for pickup, as long as there is a receipt, it can be returned.
