Steam works great, I play Anno 117. Each day it take multiple tries to get Steam and Ubi Soft to link (yes, my account is set up and linked) and nearly every day it will sometimes work and stay stable for a few hours, next day, nothing. I am at a point where Anno 117, as much as I like the game is unplayable and thinking of just asking for a refund and be done with the Ubisoft games. My Steam games work fine. Very frustrating!! Systems not linking up again today and not able to synch. I uninstalled and reinstalled Ubi Soft Connect, now I can't even play offline mode.

Crazy, you purchase through steam, have to go through their launcher to even play the game. Best part now, their servers have connection issues with login and now you cant play the game you spent x amount on on a completely different launcher whose servers have not nearly the amount of issues Ubisoft does. Wild world we live in.

Division 2 for me, can't connect. Guessing they are having game server wide issues on the PC side of things, because I can play on my XBOX.

Try using a vpn to get outside the report maps. If that doesn’t work, mobile data MIGHT. But the issue is server burnout on their side. Not you.

You may need to switch the vpn to an area that isn’t on the drop map. But if you’re in the middle of one of those red dots? You may not be able to get through due to the COMPANIES’ backend issues… And Consider how I might know such things… 😈

So I’ve seen the whole xfinity issue but my friends all have xfinity and they are play rainbow 6 just fine . Mine however keeps doing the error code dolphin . Using a vpn loads but then everything says offline and still doesn’t let me play . Anyone have a different solution than a vpn ?

On Ubisoft's discord it appears all the users having issues are on Xfinity and Xfinity have claimed Ubi's website to be insecure so they are blocking it. Use a VPN and you are good to go.

What a relief to know I’m not crazy and others are experiencing the same issue as me lol I was going insane trying to figure out the issue. Reinstalling Ubisoft Connect, changing my DNS, deleting everything in %LocalAppData%, ipconfig /flushdns… Anyways, hope this gets fixed soon!

@UbisoftSupport I got watch dogs 2 for free on Ubisoft connect and on epic games. I recently upgraded to the gold edition on Ubisoft connect. Since then it stopped working. Keeps crashing before starting and redirects me to Ubisoft connect home page. #watchdogs2
