In Tampa Florida and some stuff works but a lot does not. I can use my portable hotspot to watch a streaming new service but nothing else. My phone can see some stuff but not all and the tethering is not working. This reminds me that the carriers can block or throttle whatever they want.

Can't go above 9Mbps down and 5Mbps up. I've tried 2 separate modems. One with an SDX55 (OEM ASK-NCQ1338) and the other with a SDX65 (Cudy P5 with Padel antenna's to replace the existing). I used to never drop below 280Mbps. Then Friday evening, unless I restart whichever 5G modem, I can't go above 9Mbps down. When I do restart however, I only achieve speeds as high as 100Mbps...maybe 110Mbps down. It seems that even when in "5G NSA" mode (which means it uses 5G and 4G together) It's truly only operating in 4G on band b66 for me in 85023. Running AT commands shows that there are only 2 active connections both to b66 and noconn on 5G.

@DesertHemi556 @TMobile - no contact plus they can pay up to $1000 to pay off any remaining balance on a Verizon purchased phone so long as it works on the TMo network at least partially

@DesertHemi556 I live in the Phoenix area and Verizon works better but T-mobile treats you better. It seems like you have to choose between better coverage or better customer service.

@astoundconnects What help? We have an entire community in Redmond without network and your service staff keep saying there is no outage. They have scheduled 10 different service visits to the neighborhood for the next two weeks with all of us sitting without network. We are all going to Verizon.

Why am I starting to have a problem getting @NEWSMAX on my TV? i have @Verizon service. Last couple days I get this " We ran into a problem, were sorry" Everytime I turn it on. Does anyone else experience this?

@Verizon I've reached out to every resource available to address an ongoing customer service problem. Including contacting executive contacts through your website. this issue has been going on for months, and everyone says I will be contacted immediately and the matter addressed

@NusserWil @Rep_Stansbury The Verizon contract had NOT even started yet. The “aging systems” were part of the L3 contract that Verizon was SUPPOSED to modernize. Even BEFORE the Verizon contract palt’d, it was cancelled and replaced by Starlink. Again . . . please do your homework.

@Verizon how did you just disconnect my phone # when I said I was dissatisfied with customer service and was going to switch providers?! Phone number apparently gone forever. I will forever scream at the top of my lungs how verizon cost me my way to communicate with my customers.
