I had to call tech support and go through a bunch of steps, delete my Esim and setup a new Esim. They had to reactivate my phone on their end. ridiculous but that is what you guys may have to do. I just switched last week from att cause they kept messing up my bill. I am starting to regret that choice.

nothing is working. LTE? even with four bars, the mobile data does not work at all. even messages dont go through, and it doesnt matter the device. more than one phone has trouble. i had to turn airplane mode off and on to at least access things, but of course im still having issues. cats & soup is still glitching, all my cats are black and going through objects they shouldn’t be able to go through (this has never happened to me before). spotify claims that it is playing music, and the progress bar updates, but no noise comes out. siri only says half of what shes supposed to say (example. siri, send mom a message of ______ -> siri is supposed to repeat that message, but either she doesnt, or gets cut off.) maps dont load! im pressing the robot captcha multiple times. it just reloads over and over again. coming from rockland county, new york.

The DNS server has been nonfunctional for months now and no one wants to address this. The modem works but the DNS light fails to light - there's no DNS connection. DNS flush does nothing to remedy the situation and neither does Verizon.

I've just been told that our service kicks us off bc whoever handled switching our old modem didn't have it registered to the cell tower. We have to manually reset it. every. time. so make sure that's not a problem for you guys

Not just you, my cellular home wifi is unusable, but fortunately my phone's data is working and I've been able to work via my hotspot. Verizon's network status page says there is a problem in this area and they're working on it and it may be up to 48 hours on a fix.

Verizon has really gone down hill. I’ve been a customer nearly 20 years and paid a little more to have better reception. I bought into it, I believed they really were the best carrier for a long time. The last couple years my service quality has been outright terrible. My brother in law tried one of the cheapest carriers and he’s got better service for a third of the price. I hate to leave a carrier that used to be amazing but it’s insane to keep paying for a bad experience. I have to check this website everyday bc I’m convinced there’s another network outage. Sigh. Time to try another carrier

Verizon is having trouble again in the Baltimore City area with their 5G home and 5G cellular service. It's intermittent, for 5G home, it's been going on and off all day. They say it should be resolved by 8:00. Not sure about cellular service it seems to be going through but I guess you never know if you're missing a call.

The issue was resolved around 7PM last night for me, though it required another call to Verizon tech support to have them remotely reset my ONT device. Download and upload speeds are close to normal/advertised (~900Mbps both ways).
