AZ phx area, north zero 5g, maybe 1 bar lte and 5g home west valley a pathetic 10mbps at best location of router that normally see 100 or more even during congested times. all commands in powershell for network point to verizon routing. solid signal according to network settings IP. tower to network, back to tower and to me numbers are fully laughable. network engineers need a performance evaluation, which, if verizon doesnt call "speed tests" is even more disappointing.

No cell signal in northern AZ, calls dropping and cannot make outgoing calls without WiFi. Tried restarting phone and resetting connection.

SE Louisville KY, 5GUW is dropping down to 4G and Ookla is showing unstable connection during test. When SpeedTest runs, it's generally < 40M down and < 2M upload. This is happening on two different devices for the last 6 hours.

Seems all of Arkansas is down at this point. I'm NEA and see that others from NCA and NWA are reporting outages. Website simply says "a known issue" and "working on solution". Wish we would get prorated added data/time like my home internet company does. Being left without answers kinda bums me out. If anyone has any idea as to why we are down, that'd be nice to know.

All morning the wifi/Internet has been disconnecting and reconnecting. Then when it reconnects, the signal is super super slow. I've restarted both the router and the modem. Nothing is working. ive been trying to get through to an actual person on the phone but the AI is being unhelpful

My phone was working fine at school, but as soon as I got home the connection completely dropped. Around 6 PM it came back, but everything was really slow. I could still send texts and receive calls, but apps weren’t loading and messages inside apps wouldn’t show up. When I tried calling or updating things in my settings, it said I had no internet connection — even though I technically had service the whole time. It was working perfectly earlier, so I don’t know why it suddenly acted like that at home.

A week later and 3 technical support phone calls later (and a call back for later today) and my Internet still doesn't work properly. Also, my phone lost data connectivity again last night. Friend of mine helped me run some diagnostics and the issue is definitely on their end not with my equipment or laptop. This is getting completely ridiculous. I pay enough for my Internet and phone service that this should not be happening.

A week and 3 technical support calls later I am still having issues. It appears to be an infrastructure issue with the servers. I will get anything from complete disconnection, to dial up level speeds (less than 3mbps), or normal speeds fluctuating throughout the day. When I run speed tests I get server results for Chicago, IL, Columbus, OH, blank server information, or complete inability to connect to any server to run the speed tests. I am getting VERY tired of paying for a service that is this poor. Supposedly it's been escalated to an engineering team, but they have yet to contact me. Verizon's automated voice system is telling me there is an escalation to engineering, but it is also telling me I have no open support tickets.

Verizon home FiOS has been down most of the day for us. Richmond, VA, Highland Springs area. We received an email at 12:32 pm starting that they detected an outage and that it should be resolved by tomorrow morning at 3:30 am. As of 9:30 pm it's still out.

When my Bank tried to get back to me on some issues, they claimed they called and I never got a call and I also have call waiting, and no message was left. I called my bank and advised them of my bad experience and they still claimed there were problems. In the last 1-2 week sI have also experience outages in my area and in certain local areas as the Towers were down. I also called certain people all over in other states and only certain local areas were down.(Imagine if this was an Emergency? Or are we at "War" ...?
