CCurrently Experiencing problems with trifecta wireless connecting to Verizon towers near me and was told verizon is having severe issues right now.... when will it be fixed?.....

Yup it's like they don't want to talk, or give you a robot that just have you go in circles when you want to talk to a real live person

I lived in Prescott valley AZ of bumblebee dr for 5 to 6 years and same phone for the never had cellar issues, but for the last two weeks there has been nothing but problems and I've asked my neighbors as well. And they are having same issues. And Verizon is showing no cellular towers out so I ask what is going on. I know it's not just me but many people are having issues

cnn, ESPN, cnbc , several other HD channels have been flaky for the past three days. I can't tell if its the setop boxes, the wiring going wonky out or satellite troubles. FiOS TV app? Other than it not being Chromebook friendly, there are no streaming issues.

Cell service is down in my area (texas panhandle) Our office uses verizon for our technicians and we are all down. I got on chat with Verizon and after making me do all the troubleshooting on my phone, they finally told me a network enhancement was detected and they were working to resolve the issue right away. I asked when i could expect my services to back up and they said by today. So, we can't process work orders or invoices and can't accept payments until we're back up. Lost money and pissed off customers. Awesome.

23452 here. Internet was getting about 6mbps around 3pm. Called and rep went through all the troubleshooting and basically sent me to a Verizon to pickup a new router. Came home around 530/6, hooked it up, and got no internet at this point. Called again and they also tried troubleshooting, telling me my Ethernet cable was bad. Then they told me there is an influx of calls and a known outage. It’s been out for me since 6pm.

I just got a call back from the tech I spoke with earlier today. There are two issues. One is a fiber cut in Virginia Beach that is pretty major and they are still trying to isolate that. The other is some equipment that is being replaced tonight in Richmond. He said it's hard to say which one is affecting who. He did say there was a note about restoration at 4:15am July 19th but if they haven't isolated the fiber cut in Virginia Beach yet I don't see how that ETA is going to work unless it's the Richmond one.

I posted 15 minutes ago but I guess the website didn't take it. I received an email from Verizon at 8:14pm that says the below in quotes. I will be suprised if it takes that long. "We’ve determined that the trouble you reported on ticket VADQ11PS0Q is part of a larger service outage and a technician visit is not required at this time. We’re working hard to restore your service and expect you to be up and running by 07/22/2026 01:00."

Exactly 0 bars of service in my home when I typically have 1-2 Bars minimum of 5G U.W. if not at least 1-2 Bars of 5G. Phone won’t even connect to LTE portion of the towers around me, Verizon says they are aware of outage and to expect it to take 48hrs to repair. The thing that bothers me the most is that even “In Town” (Small town Rural Central Wisconsin BFE) where I I had 4 bars 5G U.W. yesterday the problems started when SMS (That were sent originally from RCS) that were 24hrs+ old by the time I had actually gotten them delivered and notifications of them and now RCS sees to be failing to activate w/ Multiple Carriers (Varing from all “3 Major Providers”, being VZW, AT&T, & T-Mobile) some iMessage issues sporadically since yesterday afternoon and just completely unpredictable SMS/MMS delivery and receiving. Mind you it’s a less than 60day old Handset (iPhone 17 ProMax, completely up-to date). The worst part is I’m an indirect Sales Rep for Victra (A.K.A. Verizon Authorized Agent), So I’m needing my phone working correctly not only to clock in and out for work but to access the Verizon systems & POS systems not to mention to communicate with Mgt teams for Overide codes, Transaction Guidance Ect. The only thing besides all the smoke from Canada rolling through and the excessive weather conditions taking major toll on at least the local infrastructure near me is the fact that Fromtier is actively trying to have 99.8% of the county covered by their new fiber and all the current copper lines ripped up & replaced by the end of December of ‘26 (Yes while Rural middle of Nowhere Central WI, it’s still on of the biggest geographical wise county’s in the state) so they might have pulled up or be actively replacing the network backbone going to the area towers and that’s what is causing the “Major Voice, SMS/MMS/RCS, and Data outage” in the area that they are expecting to take at least 48hrs to restore services. And of course even being on the phone with Customer Support tiers 1, & 2 for over 3.5hrs today they can’t(in all likelihood, it’s more of a won’t) Provide reasoning to the cause of the outage. All this to being said, it’s not a small issue in this area because there has been a major influx of at least 300+ customers since 06/2026 port over from T-Mobile because they were USCellular Customers who virtually lost any and all coverage overnight because VZW is the one who purchased all of USCC’s towers and T-Mobile never had the coverage and infrastructure to support even minimal services Outside of major metropolitan areas… it’s just so super frustrating and they aren’t making any public facing statements on the situation. Heck they won’t even confirm which Towers are theirs VS which ones are the other companies to us Sales Reps so trying to get any information in/as a Customer is next to impossible. Sure am curious if it is effecting 911 Services since they pick’d up the Gov/Municipality contracts since last summer when AT&T outages caused all the mayhem and chaos it did.

My Verizon 5G mobile has been very inconsistent over the last few days, in fact in Baltimore city, it went into satellite mode a couple of days ago. Absolutely no service at all. Today my 5G ultrawide is on again off again on again off again, I do have regular 5G internet but the ultrawide just keeps turning off which is where all of my speed come from. This is in Baltimore maryland.

I live in Mebane, NC, and I do not have cell service. This also means I do not have wifi either. I contacted Verizon when I had service and was told there were no outages, but I hope they check again because I do not have cell service. Service is intermittent on two of our Samsung android phones and also our 150gig hot spot. Late afternoons & evenings I cannot play online multiplayer games and the hotspot, et al frequently loses signal strength. These intermittent signal losses also occur early mornings & throughout the afternoon. These issues are occcurring to our neighbors as well, hence its a Verizon problem, not a device issue. Our small area has been readily growing and it remaines 4g while all of the surounding areas receive 5g. Seems the service providers have NOT updated or constructed new infrastructure to service the many new residents communication needs. If these issues cannot be remedied soon we will be forced to change providers.
