At first, I couldn’t login and now when I go to withdraw my earnings from my wallet that show as available, it tells me I can’t because my balance is zero!!?!?!?! I just started this app a little over a week ago. I’ve already been banned twice for “counterfeit” items that are old, used, and have no well known brand. This app is dangerous to do business on.

Probably vinted has done a new update the last 2 days and the pick up points in my city are not shown anymore! The pick up points were a new addition as the specific delivery service is new in my city..

When I go to list something, I come back to the screen and the item says ‘processing’ and doesn’t get listed. It’s almost as if it’s jammed since when I try to edit, or list any other item it too has the ‘processing’. If anyone has answers I would be more than happy.

@vinted I’ve been waiting over a week for a response about a defective item I received. The app promised a reply within 48 hours – nothing. The seller blocked me, so I can’t contact them. Your support just says to “wait” while I’m stuck with a wrong+broken item and no resolution.
