Inbound/Outbound within Vonage ecosystem works, outside of Vonage ecosystem does not. You can call from a Vonage phone to Vonage tech support. If you attempt to call from a cell/other carrier to Vonage tech support, calls fail. To my fellow IT. Happy Wednesday, and good luck! Madison, GA

Update - Our teams continue to work on mitigation efforts to reduce the impact. We have identified the cause of the issue to be related to extremely high levels of inbound traffic from certain providers, which is impacting our platform. We are pursuing multiple avenues with both internal and external vendors to mitigate the ongoing impact to our customers. We will continue to provide regular status updates on this page.

Website not allowing logins, captcha works but every time I click login the session immediately times out and back to square one. Unironically I was logged in for a minute but clicked on call history and booted out because my session timed out. I was logged in for less than 20 seconds.
