Not working for me either. Works fine on the cell phone but the desktop is a wash.

Around noon, Twitter claimed that I had exceeded my number of retweets - on the desktop app. Everything was fine on the cell fone. Come back around 6:00 p.m. and tried again. Same thing. I decided to log out to see if that would help. Big Mistake! Can't sign back in. Even the backup code isn't working.
