Cannot stand Comcast. They Conned my Wife into a Service Upgrade because of all the Outages, Dropped Phone Calls, Stuttering TV Signals, and how they keep throttling our internet from 400 megabit down to 512 kilobit all of the time. Truly HATE this Company. Sadly, they have an ILLEGAL MONOPOLY of services to major cities. No other Cable Company is allowed to compete in the same markets. So they ignore complaints, NEVER improve service, Constantly LIE when you call and talk to the Customer Support, and frankly they don't seem to care. They keep making their Billions and Buying More and More Companies.

Didn't think @Xfinity could get any worse. They have topped themselves with the latest Stream app update. TV on the go listings do not display, the app continues to close. So add to internet outages and waves of service drops throughout the day, what the heck are we paying for?

I'm in Portland Oregon and not only is the Internet out, but a lot of mobile problems as well. My phone lost service for 20min then came back. Most of the stores are only excepting cash bc their systems are down. Very strange

Anyone having problems with their Wi-Fi? Mine has been super slow for weeks...but now... it's really bad. I can hardly get a signal on my tablet...unless I'm close to the modem. I tried unplugging it a few times...called and had it reset...nothing. my roommate says it's my modem...but...from the comments that I'm reading...it seems like a country wide issue...again.

Does their website EVER work properly? It's the absolute worst site I've ever seen a company try to operate, complete utter garbage! Slow, 3/4 of the functions say they're broken, can't access account, technician is working (Has said this for MONTHS/YEARS!). Atrocious. I'm convinced it's a ploy to make you call them so they can upsell you to some other plan.

@do_RAIY_me Hi there! When service isn't acting quite right, the Xfinity app is the place to go. If there is an outage, restoration time will be listed. If there's something else going on with your WiFi, you can restart your devices and troubleshoot, as well.

No TV Service here in the general Pittsburgh, PA area for the last few hours. We've been trying to get a simple appointment scheduled, and they tell us this, or tell us that. Once, they said no-one's coming till WEDNESDAY. Xfinity is becoming a scam of waiting for nothing, all bundled together with high fees, and ridiculously unreliable service, all in a jumbo sandwich made of nothing but lies. For those who are looking for a TV service, I would NOT recommend getting Xfinity at this point, as all the issue we've been having makes me wanna throw the box out the window and get an antenna.

In Albuquerque New Mexico and directly following an outage to "upgrade speed to the area myself and hundred of people in the area got crap service with 50 to 100 megs down and under 1 Meg up. 2 days of this and xfinity has no ETA on getting it fixed. Can't wait for new fiber carriers to start serving the area

@XfinitySupport is there an outage on Max authentication through Xfinity? I am getting an error message saying that Xfinity is not returning a proper token to the max website/app.

@XfinitySupport I have an issue with Xfinity Mobile. Support for Xfinity Mobile is TERRIBLE. I need support and my experience has been THE WORST.

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport It has been 24hrs since my eSIM was deleted by an agent - I have not heard from anyone from tech support. No service and we have gone back to Verizion for my son's watch.
