Been having the same problem with constant lag spikes for MONTHS, possibly even years here in southeastern pennsylvania. Doesn't matter what time you are testing it, it's constantly happening. Not even every few minutes but every minute on the minute with big lag spikes, often multiple in a row. It's always bad and regularly gets really bad. We are paying for the top speed service as well this is inexcusable.

Internet down in central Indiana for almost 12 hours due to severe weather. Xfinity still claiming that there are no widespread outages but that there may be "periodic service interruptions" due "scheduled maintenance". (I hate being lied to.)

I was able to get a $50 credit because of the outage paired with another issue I happened to be dealing with simultaneously. To be fair, I spent an hour and a half on the phone with them before they offered that credit, and they were unable to solve my issue in the moment because of the outage.
