Mobile Al. For over two weeks now Internet drops out between 5 and 10 times a day. It lasts about 10 or 15 mins every time. Checking the settings on my phone, computer and TV shows I have a connection but there's nothing there. Then when it does come back it's really slow for another 5 or 10 mins. Customer service tells me to reset the router/modem (which takes 5 mins to reboot) but it's the same thing again. 🤬

Internet remains at a fraction of the normal "promised" speed. Really!? Their solution is to reboot my router. And how many times should a customer need to do this a day. Believe a better solution would be for Xfinity to fix the problem: their equipment.

Service has been horrendously spotty for the last week. Mostly during the daytime hours, but not great during the night as well. It gets as bad as being up for 10 seconds and down for 1 minute, then up, down, up, down, up, down. It's been incredibly difficult to get anything done and I'll be losing my job very soon as a result of this. Customer service says there's no issue. The last time I had a repair done (a few months ago) I found out that Comcast screws up your service on purpose if you have your own equipment. I'm paying for 1gig service, and only getting a max (when it's up) of 230mg. Guy told me that they lock it when you use your own equipment. This is illegal. Breaks the contract because they're not providing what you're paying for in the contract. I'd leave, but they're the most reliable internet in my area. Though if it keeps up like this crappy spotty service for the last week, I'll be forced to leave. This needs to be fixed yesterday.

Today we have the same streaming issues. We tried getting around the issue by using the Xfinity Streaming Ap for TV and that keeps freezing too hoping it could deal with lower bandwidth and be more tolerant to latency but too many packets are lost.

Service has been very bad for the past 4 days. Heavy latency and complete timeouts. Our service is well below average for even simple streaming. Customer service makes you go through the same procedures and wait for over 1 hour to get a human and then they do the same test again reboot everything and they know it's backbone. I have 1.2 Down and 40 up and the timeouts from only having 40 up is what is hurting everyone in my area. Any latency and were running in 12 to 18 up and if you're streaming a movie and have anything else on you just keep spinning. Xfinity is expensive, and other providers offer 2000 up and down for what we pay for and only get 40 up. Our community/HOA made a very bad choice going with Xfinity.

King County, WA - Network reported having issues on Monday. Since then, internet has been in and out no matter what time of day no matter what device. Speedtests show good download speed but with 0.25mbps upload rate making anything nearly impossible to do. Internet will cut out at random for no reason. Gateway has been restarted several times to no avail. Checked the lines from the box outside into the house and no damage. Gateway is operating normally besides patterns of repeated loss of connection to the network. Unacceptable.

My DVR is a mess. It records programs then says it can't play them back, Frequently I set a program to record, it says it is set to record and has the red dot next to it, then it never shows up in the list of recorded programs. Some recorded programs simply disappear for no reason.

Tucson’s Catalina Foothills Comcast/Xfinity cable has been down since 4/10 10:26 AM. Comcast has frequently reported that they expected to have things fixed within a couple of hours to no avail. As of now, 21:11, Comcast’s reports an expected uptime of 10:00 AM on 4/12.

Attempting to access account to pay bill does not work currently. Website says "Sorry, this isn't working right now. Return to My Accounts." When trying to access bill via app to pay, it errors out with 400 Bad Request - Request Header or Cookie Too Large. I'm logged in on both just fine, it's accessing the bill to pay it that yields errors.

The company I work for uses Comcast Business for both internet and phone, and today I cannot access our call history, and possibly voicemail, although there doesn't appear to be any voicemails right now, but if that's not working, how would I know. The rest of their website seems to be working normally.
