King County, WA - Network reported having issues on Monday. Since then, internet has been in and out no matter what time of day no matter what device. Speedtests show good download speed but with 0.25mbps upload rate making anything nearly impossible to do. Internet will cut out at random for no reason. Gateway has been restarted several times to no avail. Checked the lines from the box outside into the house and no damage. Gateway is operating normally besides patterns of repeated loss of connection to the network. Unacceptable.

I have 20 vods for today's stream alone. they're allegedly doing maintenance in the area, unplanned two days in a row w/ planned maintenance tomorrow starting midnight. they won't tell me what EXACTLY is being done. the CSR i spoke w/ barely understands what I'm saying. it is AWFUL out here.

Service constantly goes in and out with very high latency here in South West Florida. We have the top service they offer of 1.2 Down and 40 up but we've never got more than 900 Down and when there is latency the 40 up goes to 18 and video calls are impossible.

Honestly, Xfinity is basically entry level WiFi and data atp. I only use it because it was the cheapest of the major providers. If you have the means, Verizon and AT&T are far better options

My DVR is a mess. It records programs then says it can't play them back, Frequently I set a program to record, it says it is set to record and has the red dot next to it, then it never shows up in the list of recorded programs. Some recorded programs simply disappear for no reason.

Tucson’s Catalina Foothills Comcast/Xfinity cable has been down since 4/10 10:26 AM. Comcast has frequently reported that they expected to have things fixed within a couple of hours to no avail. As of now, 21:11, Comcast’s reports an expected uptime of 10:00 AM on 4/12.

Attempting to access account to pay bill does not work currently. Website says "Sorry, this isn't working right now. Return to My Accounts." When trying to access bill via app to pay, it errors out with 400 Bad Request - Request Header or Cookie Too Large. I'm logged in on both just fine, it's accessing the bill to pay it that yields errors.

The company I work for uses Comcast Business for both internet and phone, and today I cannot access our call history, and possibly voicemail, although there doesn't appear to be any voicemails right now, but if that's not working, how would I know. The rest of their website seems to be working normally.

I am now able to get to the outage map. It shows no outages but has this message (Oakland): "Scheduled Maintenance Planned maintenance in your area is scheduled to start on 03/18/2026 01:00 AM (Pacific). You may experience interruptions to all of your Xfinity services during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience." Of course, no text alerts for this "maintenance".

I am now able to use internet in Oakland - but the Xfinity website and app do not work. No access to outage map. I have my account set to get alerts when there are problems, that isn't working either. I've been on hold with their support phone for over 20 min. What a disgraceful company.

Xfinity service has been complete garbage for the past 2 weeks in Seattle. 1gb/s I pay for every month just for it to cut in and out every 10 minutes. Can't do anything that involves the internet or WiFi at all. HAd a tech come out and fix it and that lasted for about 3 hours then it went back to doing the same things again. Switch to Quantum Fiber or something else.

Garbage internet service from Comcast in NH this morning, been pulling sub-50Mbps speed on my 1.5Gb service I pay $118/month for. Multiple reboots of my 2Gbps modem and Google Mesh system, as well as my laptop, and still getting crap connection speeds. Currently 1.5Mbps download connection speed. It's downright criminal what this company is allowed to get away with for speed delivery when advertising over 1Gbps speeds they've never remotely delivered 2/3's of.

Internet is purposely being clamped in Hattiesburg, MS or there's an issue with my areas Xfinity Service. Either way, why aren't we all operating at 5G speeds? Xfinity has nothing to do with this outage in the Indiana area that was affected.

Issue still happening in Sarasota, FL area. Connection was fine all day until about 8:30-9pm EST. I am the only person on my connection. My equipment and lines from the tap at the street and through my attic directly to the modem are less than a year old. The issue is only on the upstream so no one else but a heavy user would notice this as I am also monitoring my network health in real time. I can still download and perform other tasks reasonably, but once I try to upload a stream from my network, the upload health goes to nil.
