Internet dropping about every five minutes. Modem has all lights lit but no internet. Phone has dial tone and tv is operational. Had to reboot modem each time to regain connection for internet.

INTERNET HAS BEEN DROPPING OUT EVERY 12 HOURS AT THIS POINT FOR WHAT SEEMS LIKE AN HOUR EVERY TIME, AND I'M ACTUALLY GETTING ANNOYED! I am not able to use my mobile data's hotspot anymore at this point, Mediacom, and you aren't doing anything to fix these issues!

I got an email on May 9th that there was going to be maintenance during the week of the 12th. It is the 13th and my internet has been down since 10 am. The email said no more than 3 hours. It's almost 7pm now. As soo as G-fiber is up here, I'm getting it. They already ran the fiber cables. Eff u Mediacom.

This is ridiculous (Des Moines, IA) Mediacom had good reliability til about a month ago. Now there's daily outages, flickering signals, bottomed out upload/download speeds.... I depend on a stable connection for my job, and this isn't even close. They offered me a week's credit to my bill. but that doesn't make up for the revenue I'm losing. Time to look into new ISPs.

Dang down again.. I can't believe that Mediacom is charging it's customers over a $100 for just the Internet that don't work half the time. Call your Mediacom loyalty and get that discount because this Internet not worth full price. Its worth $50 at its best. My job is literally on the Internet and here I am no access. Loss in profits over here bet Mediacom won't cover that loss, but I better pay my bill on time.

My internet drops constantly. Mediacom techs have told me there's a faulty node in my area but that they cant/won't replace it. I think I will be contacting the FCC. I've also had comments dissappear from here about this issue which is even more suspect.

@JustanOlguy Mediacom claims they've upgraded to fiber, which is hilarious, because the connection between my apartment and the drop is still coax. Still credit where credit is due, they're not as bad as Wow, every time it rained, my cable and internet died. Their taps always flooded.

Spotty internet for the past week in San Tan Valley, AZ. I've tried to power cycle last week. Honestly, I shouldn't have to power cycle my modem everyday. Just for the services to drop again. As a matter of fact, towards the end of November, the services started to lag. So bad, we could barely watch or stream anything.

Last December I spoke to someone in the loyalty department of Mediacom about my frustration at paying $360 a month for internet/tv...after some deliberation, my bill was knocked down to $300 with some kind of "promotion" applied to my account. Today I opened my Mediacom bill to discover that my monthly bill is now $370. I promptly called them to ensure that there wasn't some kind of clerical error, or that the promotion was properly added to my account...instead I was told, plainly, that there was a "company wide rate increase" that brought my bill back up. I hung up the phone abruptly, and now Metronet is installing Tuesday. Mediacom is the single worst ISP in the midwest, bar-none, hands down... AVOID DOING BUISNESS WITH MEDIACOM

0, Zero, Zip, Nadda, No Upload speeds. A constant problem, and if I do try to call or txt support. They only do two things: 1. Power Cycle my modem or 2. Send a signal to the modem. Anything else after that, a technician is required. Their support is lost in most occasions, and usually don't have an explanation. There's no construction here in San Tan Valley right now. I don't see why there are any issues, but let that hamster spin the wheel some more.

On text support with Kenneth. Now, we paid our past due, which was 42.16. We made a payment on Wednesday of 60.00. Molli, YOUR automated system even stated "Your account balance is 181.48. Mediacom experience: base 60 ping that spikes to 100 every 3 seconds on the regular, and completely drops 4 times a day at its worst (happens atleast 3 times a day). Have had probably 2 operable weeks after 3 months. New internet in 7 days, can’t wait. 90 day refund is my savior.

Mediacom is currently experiencing an outage in our area. This has impacted Columbus Community Schools phone lines. Mediacom expects this issue to be resolved this afternoon. Until this issue is resolved we cannot make or receive calls to our building and business numbers.

Internet is back and now my Arris SB8200 is showing blue LEDS on both download and upload. Upload always white. I thought it was a bad LED or whatever. Now it blue! Ran speed tests and my upload would jump up into the 100mbps range (never did that ever) before dropping to 60mbps. Potential upload speed increase coming in the near future?

I expect an extra day be credited to out already 39.00 (and sum change) for the 7 days your internet has gone down. So, that should add an extra day in there before you take money out of our pockets. Seriously, before you even THINK about charging ANYONE, you'd better compensate, compensate, COMPENSATE! And free wifi for the MONTH! I'll be doing whatever I can to file a report to the BBB!
