We hope to have the issue resolved and transfers reenabled soon. Unofficial hosts, you may like to disable transfers until we have a patch too. -

Wildcard I hate you but I love your game, see if you can ask a favor from rockstar or Bethesda or some other developer so you guys can get help on things like optimization of your game, and your severs. Yeah, our unofficial dedicated server is doing the same thing. At first it showed the server as being up, but when i reset the system, it was unable to initiate past the Ticking Loop you mentioned. I suspect that if I had not restarted the computer/server that I would have been able to access it locally, like other have mentioned here. Oh, well. You can still connect, just not using the ARK server search function. If you know the address of the server you want to play on, (this is for PC btw), start the game, and on the screen with the "Hit Any Key to Continue" label, hit the ` (tilde) key, and type: open ipaddress:port (Ex. open 192.168.1.100:7777).
