So @ATT cancels my service without my consent in the middle of a work day after having paid my bill two days before. I call today and they tell me it’s due to a system error…….and that they have a minimum of $15-$20 reimbursement for inconveniences. -
I had to miss two meetings and a tutoring session for my child that I can’t be reimbursed for due to no internet the entire weekend. Please do not get @ATT if you can help it because they certainly cannot help you. @Xfinity please create space, I’m coming over.

From the moment I placed your @ATT SIM card into the phone I brought over it has been nothing but issues. From not being connected to the network for almost 24 hrs. To driving to one of your stores only to sit on the phone with the store customer support for two hours. -

@ATT today is the third fiber equipment outage in five days for my entire neighborhood. Since December there have been five outages. We also have no cell coverage in the area. Thanks for forcing me to “upgrade” from dsl last month. -

New York came up with an idea that would make it possible for the poor to get internet service for $15 a month. Problem: Now Att is pulling out of New York completely. They gave their customers 45 days to change their service to another provider. This is what happens when…on X -

Dear @ATT my mother has dementia and she is on my fammily plan and has been locked out of her phone and you are not allowing me to reset her phone, so she can be located if lost. This is horrific and a major failure in your duty of care. -

I started a chat with the AT&T Instagram page. They have confirmed there is an active outage for Wilmington, zips 28405 and 28412. No estimated time of restoral. @RandyWKirk1 I have T-Mobile and ATT. Every time I go into a T-Mobile store, I can get my issues fixed from the staff fairly quickly. And now have Starlink texting in case of emergency. Hard to gauge coverage, depends on location. -
