  • I have an activity stored on my Forerunner 255 from yesterday, but I still cannot sync it with my account. Every other data (like steps and heart rate) were successfully syncronised, but my activity wasn't. I've tried snyc option on watch and also on phone. Tried restarting the phone too. What else can I do?

  • I just finished a cycling event with 1,000 people. Probably 18 km and 1000 m of climbing. Garmin didn't work, which is disappointing. But IMHO it's just not worth getting irate about. So many in the world with truly serious challenges. And I trust this is not Garmin's corporate greed. Undoubtedly there are some good, hard-working people at Garmin who are freaking out right now.

  • I found out about the outage on my app after my ride. Hopefully my Garmin device will sync with my app and save my ride info when Garmin Connect is back online. Otherwise, I'll be very disappointed if my ride info from earlier today is lost.

  • They make too many design changes without asking customers what they think about possible changes. You wake up, look at your Connect screen and multiple things are changed or deleted. If you report those changes they become defensive.

  • sure hope they get it fixed. Hubby and i are doing this thing thru our insurance if you walk 10000 steps a day for 30 days you get a 25.00 gift card but you have to freeking TRACK it with the watch , I only had 5 days to go

  • I have been trying to use Garmin Express on my new Garmin 52. Garmin Express did finally connect after trying for a few days, and I did update my maps, etc. But now Garmin Express will not detect my new Garmin 52. I have tried for hours. On two different computers. What a waste of time! Has someone done a ransomware on Garmin Express?
