@Natalia_1373 It kept giving me the same error then it loaded but wouldn't show my sims. I went offline cause it let me and it let me play it. EA app still isn't working I just found a loophole I guess ??? -

@Fashion_Simsta you actually can!! open up your game offline, then when it fully loads on the main menu, open the ea app, click go online and you'll be able to access your online gallery without having to update the game! -
@TheSimsDirect hi can somebody help me my game is completely broken. I have deleted and re-downloaded the EA app. Also, I have deleted my game and re-downloaded three times now but every time I try to load it, it keeps getting kicked out of the game. -

@AmeliaaSimss_ When I had this issue I had to update my drivers and put -dx11 in my EA app and everything worked perfectly fine after that. I believe you’re able to add -dx11 in the text box when you hit manage on the game. Hopefully this helps ?? -
I downloaded a bunch of cc today and my game won’t open ?? and it doesn’t even show any error code, it just opens the ea app again ?? now I have to figure out which cc is broken lol -

@YaShortyJordie nooo ? i usually load up my EA app, click on the Sims so it brings me to the page that has hours played and everything, and then go offline in the app/turn off my wifi. that didn’t work for you ?on X -

@EAHelp I have been unable to pay through IDeal on the EA App for quite some time now. This is a known issue on Answers HQ, but the cases are set to Solved without a solution. Is there any update on whether or not this will get fixed? -

@arthurianmaiden yeah it seams to have a problems launching with EA app :( I also made a mod with steam version of the game and users have reported it doesn't work on EA version :( this sucks and I hope it gets resolved soon ? -

@LisaFevral @Ivyriss_ no need to disconnect the EA app and set up will actually be a bit easier since you have a legit game. just make sure you update the cracked dlc’s whenever the sims has an update and you’re good -
servers look healthy. if you're having trouble getting into a server and it gives you an authentication error code, exit out of EA App entirely, then reenter. It should fix it. Might get patched soon -
Is anyone else having issues with Apex on the @EA app? My game would start loading and when it plays the game intro it forecloses on its own. HELP!!!!! Pretty please idk what else to do ? -

@CrazyWeeMonkey @thevorch I hesitate a bit with ABRP as the primary route planner. For one of my trips a few months ago, it would have planned a charging stop at a station that was offline. It was an EA station undergoing maintenance. Showing offline one the EA app, but ABRP was routing there. -

@MINRATHOU Ah, that’s never happened to me before and I know I’ve had to restart my laptop because of how DAV interacted with discord streaming. (Fixed by turning off EA app on launch if you’re having the same issues.) That’s unfortunate :( -
@GhostPigeon6 @TheSimsDirect Despite already being connected to the internet and the EA app, I had to connect through the gallery and then claim the rewards. It’s stupid, but it worked so I’m happy. Hopefully it works for you too -

@Gabi_st05 if you have automatic updates off nothing is gonna happen. i can have my ea app open with the wifi on and the updates off it doesn’t update. if your really scared go offline open the game and then go back online -

@LuckiSimmer switch ur status to Offline in the EA app so u wont have to update, u can just play! -

@PlumberBobYT @EA For me it helped to go to services on windows wnd restart the ea app service. Then it was stable and working again. Good luck?

App will not fully load -- just goes to a gray screen. Every now and then it will actually tell me that "The app failed to launch" because the app couldn't connect to EA servers. If I try to relaunch the app, it just comes up with a gray screen (or the same message again). Clearly this is an EA server connection issue (again).June 17, 2024 10:30 p.m.on Disqus
