@GooglePay I had autopay issue and discussed it with gpay customer rep. on 28 Dec. and shared required screenshots. Now its 10 Jan. and still the issue is not resolved. When asked customer rep., I was told that I have to wait longer even though it has been over 10 working days.

I call 121 and the CRM says, the payment has failed and refund takes 7 days. The payment did not fail at my end or GPay's end of the Bank's end. So clearly it happened at @Airtel_Presence end. For their faulty systems, I have to wait 7 days. Absolute idiots. -
Both TPAPs are foreign owned PhonePe by Walmart & GPay by Google. This foreign ownership creates multiple potential lines of failure, including data protection and backdoor access to sensitive info of Indian citizens, many of which Indian regulators might not even be aware of.

Hi @KFC_India, I tried ordering through the K738 KFC Indore Airport Kiosk, but the order didn't go through. GPAY shows the payment as successful, and the amount has been deducted. These kiosks are causing issues for other customers too. Please resolve this ASAP. -

@PhonePe Facing an issue with your app's design. For electricity payments, there’s no direct search option. Unlike GPay, which allows search for any payment type (e.g., credit card pay), PhonePe requires navigating through menus. Adding search feature would improve experience. -
