Charging customer high showing this feature and customers are not able to use it. I saw so many similar feedback on googleplay app store for TVS connect app. Connection is not stable, disconnect automatically within seconds, not showing any call, sms notifications on screen. -

@_mxttaa It will be removed on the playstore and app store, but the ones downloaded in their phones are still going to work, unless the app needs to be updated, they'll be unable to update it, until it renders the app and becomes unusable. -

@CruiseZodler You need to provide a lot more details: OS version, device model, version of Google Play services, version of Google Play Store and the error message. The crash notification from the OS includes nearly all of the needed information. We can't determine what's wrong without info. -

@MiaHerbert00 The main issue right now is a lack of reasonable alternatives to the Google Play Store with comparable or better security. Aurora Store is another way to use the Play Store but has inadequate security, and is not actually replacing it at all. F-Droid has major security issues.

After reaching out @rblbank customer service and a lot of back and forth today my ticket is closed and my issue is still not resolved. There are hundreds of reviews on the play store since 07/24 regarding the same issue. I don't think @rblbank is interested in helping us. -
