Hey @Grubhub @Grubhub_Care your service is awful. Had terrible experiences this week ordering and you refunded me (which was kind) order dinner for my family and received raw meat and now because I’ve had other refunds you won’t do anything other than disconnect the chat. -
some lady called the store n yelled at me about smth that was grubhub's problem, i told her to call them bc there's nothing i can do (she told me she ordered a pep but my system clearly said cheese smh). she starts screaming at me "is this how you do customer service?" -

@TuckWinn @TheOmniLiberal …good about giving customers’ refunds for wrong orders. Grubhub is superior and much more driver and customer friendly. -
@Grubhub Your customer service is terrible. Received a wrong order today, wasted 20mins trying to get issue solved only to have your rep copy/paste a prewritten response. Door dash and grub hub it’s is going forward. At least they would’ve thrown a $5 coupon for next order. -

@Grubhub How about fixing your site? I can't chat with help unless it's using certain web browsers, and those other web browsers don't even have access to the same information for some reason. I should not be running into these stupid issues! -
@DoorDash #Caviar app is nonfunctional at the moment due to a “network error”. Not even their FAQ Page is operational off app. Now I’m stuck using Uber or Grubhub and paying for their fees instead of flexing my Chase Sapphire card and ordering fee-less off Caviar. Sad! -
I didn’t get my codes because the meals were ordered through Grubhub and not the McDonald’s app despite the fact that it didn’t say anywhere in either app that this was a McDonald’s app exclusive. -
@AniMiaOfficial It's so hit and miss I ordered pizza with Grubhub my complex is a little confusing so I give detailed directions. They dropped of my pizza at another house. I complained and re-ordered they sent the same driver who got it right the second time. -

If you all can’t cash out with debit card method use your bank account, that’s what I did last night and it went through right away with no fee. No orders for last 3 nites. Also the last week or so orders are 40 minutes to an hour old no algorithm. Many orders being made sitting so drivers are accepting and dumping them. Gh still does not send valid orders or know if stores are closed or ready. They are surveying drivers in guise of reducing carbon footprint. I'd say close stores fast and don't send drivers unless order is ready also give the closest driver to store order. They still don't let drivers leave feedback or appeal account issues. They block drivers from sceduales because rhey sent you out of market or had multiple orders and system thought you were taking two long. Have not received one order in three hours. And then they put some bull sh*t promotion of complete 9 orders without skipping 3 total from 9pm to 1am. You’re lucky to get one or two orders between that time as it is. Grubhub is THE WORST!!! I ordered and the app showed 1,5 delay. I called GH supoort she said order was delivered...I opened my door and there was the pizza freaking cold likely sat there for over an hour...Nobody rang my door bell or knocked and I sat right near my door in absolute silence working on my laptop. Receiving error messages at checkout, Seamless, which is owned by GrubHub, that my method of payment is not accepted by the restaurant. I have always used this card when paying for food from this restaurant. Called my bank -- no issues with my card. Tried calling both GrubHub and Seamless customer care phone number, and the hold time is ridiculous. Clearly, GrubHub is having serious problems with checkout. Way to go GrubHub.
