Internet is like water. You need it WHEN you need it. You use it WHEN you need it, and it NEEDS to be there when you NEED it. That’s NOT Spectrum. They have virtually constant connectivity issues, that cause a great deal of stress, working from home. Spectrum likes to brag about how other providers "deprioritize" content when there's a lot of traffic but consistently, every single evening, Spectrum landline internet crawls to a snails pace for loading websites around 8:30 PM and this continues through 11 PM. So what's the advantage of using Spectrum over other carriers as they like to imply in the commercials? There is none. Spectrum is going down nightly after 2 am in Montana, but today I have no internet connection. I really do not know why Spectrum charges for services that do not work. You cannot even login to support to find out what is going on. This is daily BS! What good is 600mbps if the site will not load. I think @GetSpectrum has been hacked. My internet through the modem works but cannot get any internet through the router. Sounds like someone caused the Spectrum outage by blocking service to routers. @Ask_Spectrum -

@Ask_Spectrum I know there are many reasons. In one outage I previously reported, I had somebody responding to twitter give me one reason for the outage, a different reason was provided by customer service, and yet another by a tech I met at a job site. Does @Spectrum even know? -
