  • Houston, TX - Anyone else having issues with T-Mobile 5G Mobil Data in the area of E. Hardy Rd and Richie Rd? My 5G is very bad in this area. The only way to go back to mobile data was switching to LTE. Like a month ago 5G was working fine here. My Mobil is a Google Pixel 8Pro.

  • Signed up for T-Mobile 2 weeks ago with 4 lines. Left ATT because I was told T-Mobile was the best nowadays and that it was extremely fast. Have not been able to load anything and all the speed tests are 1Mbps DL. Contacted T-Mobile multiple times and they don't seem to care. $140 monthly payment coming up in 2 weeks and they credited me a whopping 15$ for half a month of trouble. They said they have technicians in my area and it'll be fixed within 48hrs. It wasn't! I left T-Mobile when they bought Voicestream years ago because the service tanked and I shouldn't have gone back! I have to connect my phone to a hotspot to even get anything done and I checked out a hotspot from our library, which happens to be T-Mobile service too! Guess what. Slow speeds on that too! Wish I never switched to T-Mobile!

  • I was told at 9:00 a.m. that the tower nearest my home was down and it had been reported 4 hours earlier. It has now been 8 hours and the speed of my internet at home is slower than the old dial up modems. T-mobile techs are not the sharpest tools in the shed

I wouldn't be surprised if someone musters up a class action suit cause when some parts have outages for 3+ hours at a given time.. for an on-going 4th month now.. nah.   • There is definitely some outages for T-Mobile even if it says no outages, because I'm currently having issues with Mobile Internet and calls. Like usually I'd have 5G and all 5 Signal bars (Samsung S24 Ultra), but now I have to use my home wifi to do anything on my phone. I can't even make calls at all, like it only says "Emergency Calls Only" like what is going on? Same thing has been having with my mom's phone as well, I hope they fix this issue soon,

  • "5G UC" mobile internet is currently slower than Dial-Up all over Eugene, Oregon (today is Saturday Jan 11, 2025, 12:40 noon Pacific Standard Time). Cannot stream Pandora (thank goodness I pay THEM for access to offline mode), and I cannot even do simple Google nor DuckDuckGo searches. I pay T-mobile thru the nose for mobile internet as a POST-paid customer (which have historically had network priority over customers using prepaid services that simply use T-mobile's network)-- I guess the act of simply just paying my EXPENSIVE bill isn't enough. New slogan: "We are T-mobile. You pay us through the nose for mobile internet-- why should we allow you to actually use it??!!"

  • Here we are in Northern Idaho. Every 15 minutes my T-Mobile 5G modem, which has a line of sight to the actual tower, goes offline. It was stable for about 2 months. Two months ago it was very slow. Now it is worse than slow, it is offline, then back, then offline, then back. I've rebooted it multiple times. It has been like this for three days.

  • Florida City just got hit with a No Service Roaming Data from this morning. Now if that isn't a comm tower problem, then I don't know what is at this point. Going to bring this outage up to that specific T mobile once they open up for the next day cause this is the longest this data has been finicky and I'm NOT gonna suffer from a Christmas Bah Hum Bug.

  • It's been very low in connectivity, for service connect between North point of GA and AL state line..... I mean very low, were I've lost internet connection at least 2-3 times as I call from yesterday late afternoon and now been in out. Location of connection link Ider, AL 2-4 minutes from 4-way of HWY 75 going to Henagar, AL less then 30s to minute right of Howard's. It's getting to the point that there's serval dead spot's in area's where there's normal not going up and down HWY 75 from Trenton, GA into Alabama on HWY 75 and AL HWY 117. It hasn't been this bad in a long time from what I recall from early this year and has been okay before we have gone into "Winter"...... whatever the contractor's are doing they need to respond on good timing because in some time this tower's might have service between now or later this month, due to lack of service maintained after ticket and ticket has been put over month's to now, that has not been started or completed in process. It's irritation that customers like me pay for the service and can't even get the full use out the service that we pay for and end up on the phone for 15m to 1hr at the most to talk to a agent.

  • Some spots are out. Some are fine. It's just.. a wild goose chase of walking, reporting, more walking, etc. MDC and non-hispanic stores are closed due to the holiday, so those spots right now are kind of having a siesta. Even The Falls for those familiar with that spot was having a choppy signal and that was surprising even to me.

  • This is happening for me in Arizona as well. Customer service is insisting its a problem with my router - but all of my neighbors and many people in the same area as me are reporting the same problems. There's clearly something going on with their towers but they dont want to admit it for some insane reason. You should definitely call and report the problems you're having. Just be warned, they're going to suggest you get a new gateway (which wont fix the problem) and refuse to look into it further on their end.

  • Home internet keeps crashing Topeka Kansas. It will crash and say sim card error . Keep having to turn it off and unplug and restart . Guy on chat last night told my husband it was out modem and that we needed to go to T-Mobile store to get another modem and sim card for free. It worked fine up til last night.Weve only had the service for just over two months so it's not the modem or sim card .Husband said that app keeps crashing too. We are switching to Internet and cable thru cable company on Friday. This is ridiculous

  • Home internet has been intermittent here in Chicago. It works fine for a little bit and then stops for ome or two mins. Repeats the cycle again and again. It started yesterday and I have restarted the device a few times. Even waiting 10+ mins before turning it back on. Has this been happening to everyone? Or is my device becoming defective...
