@ArtCandee Boeing doesn't make them anymore. They have to be custom ordered, built from scratch, and take over production systems currently building other planes for other customers. Big disruption, uber expensive, & will delay other orders, which will increase ticket prices. -

I leave and call again. I get the same result. Each customer rep I speak to has no idea about my case, and I have to explain the situation from scratch. I have no idea why there isn't some file generated internally, but I was told Uber doesn't make ticket numbers for cases. 7/10 -

@Uber_India took a ride today morning, the online payment could be processed due to network issue probably. Paid to uber driver directly via gpay. The amount shows as outstanding and unable to book further rides. Customer support online is of no use. -
