@r_ric000 @macastel3 I didn’t have a problem paying with WeChat. The internet was fine at the hotel but my travel SIM was better. The hotel also reported automatically so didn’t need to worry about that. -

@RnaudBertrand The issue with roaming is WeChat payment can often timeout (when you are redirected to the seller bank gateway) because roaming brings you back to your home network which is outside of the great firewall. This was my experience at least. -
