@sophaskins When my 2000's era game company looked at mobile gaming before the Apple store, every network had their own crappy, super expensive store. The fees, we estimated, would be more than 100% of the revenue, even before trying to recoup any expenses. Apple store was a game changer.

Cancelled AppleCare+ today and requested my $4 refund. Paid $99 for screen and battery repaid 2 months ago, battery issues on Friday followed by random shutoffs and boot loop... restore screen. Chat support, apple store visit, more chat support, 2 phone supports. @AppleSupport

@LycamobileUG I got a reply to one email to customer service (I've sent several) saying to report ESim lost of stolen to get a replacement but this doesn't work either. Apple Store says it's a network problem. Please help?!

.@Apple AirPod Max are a sham!!! 1.5 yrs since they were purchased and have stopped connecting to Bluetooth. Apple Store told me the problem was common across the product and their only option was for ME to pay $300 for a replacement! Total BS!

Apple Store experiences are so horrible now. Reservations are basically useless, you are still queuing, gentleman there says a series of Geniuses have been working on his tech issue for 2 hours. They speak condescending on items that are not really complex at all. @Apple

@AppleSupport Problems recently using MAIL app on iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPad…all outbound email is getting dumped into an Outbox and sits there. Spectrum (ISP), Apple Store and T-Mobile blames everyone else. Is there a fix?

Apple store use to replace iPhones with reconditioned iPhones for battery issues but over the years they have been granted permission to actually now replace the battery in your iPhone on battery issues.

Paid for Apple Care, phone camera stopped working. Took it in to @Apple store, after 6+ hours at store (with an appointment) got home and problem happened again within weeks. Customer service says they can send me a replacement phone but they don’t know when they’ll have one.

@klaurson @WholeMarsBlog 161,000 employees, most are at the App Store so most do not code or design. Apple Store is still a huge selling point. Have you ever gotten a Samsung phone repaired? You gotta mail it in it’s so annoying. Apple is about the experience, not the tech.
