Hey @UbisoftSupport @Rainbow6Game I have this problem in siege where my text and voice chat don’t work. All of the settings are enabled but it doesn’t work. Usually game chat works for other games and it even works for Xbox siege but on my pc it doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas?

@UbisoftSupport the fact that rainbow six siege servers can literally disconnect you for no reason for multiple rounds and that can count against your rank and result as a ban is beyond asinine. Fix your game.

Got R6 credits on 03/13 (PsStore) - didnt receive them yet, they only appear in the SIEGE X beta (unusable there). Ubi support responds with unhelpful answer about "people having issues accessing the siege x beta, we are working on that". ticket 23087932 @Rainbow6Game @Ubisoft

@i_evzz Hello IEvzzI, the abandonment sanctions in Rainbow Six Siege are automatically given, if you disconnect from a match before it has ended. The temporary bans fully automated by the system. Do you get any specific error with the disconnects? What platform are you playing on?

@Ubisoft I recently encountered an issue while playing a Ranked match in Rainbow Six Siege. During the game, the game crashed and when I tried to reconnect multiple times, I kept getting a "Connection Error" message, even though my internet connection was working perfectly.

I will always regret playing @Rainbow6Game because it forces me to interact with the terrible launcher and customer support of @Ubisoft Not once in years has anyone reached out and even attempted to fix my issues. Congratulations you can't keep customers because you run business…

@Ubisoft after trying to to play @Rainbow6Game Siege X I've encountered the same problems more than twice. My mouse cursor becomes useless because it's frozen in place, I get stuck at the loading screen for over 5 minutes, and I haven't been able to play at all. FIX THE DAMN GAME
