The app itself and the server are the problem, not the people's devices or connections. I even asked ChatGPT to help me fix the problem; it gave really good tips, but like I said, none worked. The code I got is "EC:10500," which means "The error code EC:10500 is common when EA servers are down or overloaded." So obviously, EA can't maintain its servers right now or consistently. I just hope it gets fixed within the day.

yes, I can't open EA sports as well to play EA SPORTS PGA Tour. I thought my PC was the problem at first, I tried so many different ways, restarting my PC, Running commands, resetting my firewall, even uninstalling EA sports app itself. But none worked, I saw here that the reports started flowing the same time I was playing. I suddenly got disconnected and when I tried running the game again it wouldn't run. I hope EA Sports fixes this problem. This isn't the first time it's happened, there's a reason this website exists.
