Trouble syncing. Went through the troubleshooting steps one of which is uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Can't login anymore.

Both mine and hubby's won't sync this morning after multiple attempts to restart fitbit, phone and all other troubleshooting methods. Last sync 2 hours ago and now nothing, I guess will try and wait it out but how will I know how I slept lol.

July 17/25 This morning app insists I have Ace LTE Fitbit which I don’t. Plus it is showing yesterday’s steps and calories. Tried restarting app…error message.

I am having trouble with syncing the sense fitbit to my google phone. It also will not update. It currently is stuck on "download the fitbit app" on the watch. This has been like this since March.

I have the time zone correct and recent synch. Date and time and day of the week on the charge 5 are correct. The app sleep info is one day ahead of the actual day. Charge 5 day of week is Wednesday. Sleep app data gives sleep results for Thursday night.

Sync seems to work until you try to view sleep or health metrics- then a message pops up from Fitbit saying a problem with the server.

My iPhone app dashboard showed only calories and intermittent sync issues. A google told me to logout and back in, but when I did that it the login fails and says too many attempts and to wait 24 hours. Don't logout!

My FitBit app won't show my sleep score or steps and I hate it! Their website also won't let me log in to post my issue to their forums!
