અમે હજુ સુધી ACT માટે ઘણી વિકલ્પ વિકલ્પ રિપોર્ટ્સ પ્રાપ્ત કરી નથી.

ACT લેંડલાઇન ઇન્ટરનેટ, ટીવી અને ફોન સેવા આપે છે. જ્યારે ACT માં વિઘ્ન આવે છે, ઇન્ટરનેટ કાર્યનાર નહિ હોય, વપરાશકર્તાઓને ફોન કનેક્શન નથી મળતું અથવા ટીવી સિગ્નલ ન હોય.

SR10177247389214 ACT down since 2 weeks now (Kondapur ,hyderabad), no engineer or nodal officer respond... customer care give static answers like 72 hrs to resolve each time we call them. And no escalation matrix or proper support.. worst to the worst service provider ever seen!! non reliable lazy fellows!!

This internet provider is the worst ever For those whose internet has not been available for more than 24 hours even after opening a ticket raise a ticket regarding compensation I’ve been using this internet service for more than a year and have had the worst experience with it.

From a week wifi internet speed has drastically slowed down and cannot handle alot of traffic first i thought its my PC's problem so i reseted my network adapter and installed new drivers and updated it but in spite of doing such a struggle by checking internet speed on all devices which showed the same slowness i realised that the culprit is the internet provider i even reseted my wifi router and tried all the solutions for slow wifi but still couldn't solve this frustating issue. Cannot even open a simple website before a long buffer. I Hope ACTFIBERNET Takes Action Related to this issue.
