On an avg, down time is 4-5 days in a month which makes it difficult to work from home for MNCs and global clients. Despite of repetitive online complaints no one able to resolve the issue permanently. Furthermore, when visit MTNL Shimpoli exchange for offline complaints there is no one to answer. Please look into this matter.
