SBI payment failed amount debited SBI Card /SBI Yono Customer Support, O926-3191-478,but they closed my complaint without fixing the problem. and when I tried to raise the complaint, even their website is not working for complaints section.

Same problem is with their statement page. The dropdown option for "Format" which is again a mandatory field is not showing any options, causing no statements to be downloaded from SBI Internet Banking.

When a user try to make a payment to either of their own SBI accounts or other accounts outside SBI using the Internet Banking of so called new interface with Yono branding, the "Purpose" dropdown in the "Payments" section is not showing any options and not allowing user to select or type anything. Due to this, and Purpose being a mandatory field, user is not even able to click on Proceed button and hence not able to make any payments or transfers.
