I've been trying to phone Citi online for three days without success. The operator comes on"We're sorry, your call cannot be completed". I can't log on either- when I try I get a message there's a problem, try later. I finally visited a local brick and mortar Citibank, went to the ATM and got the info I needed- checking account balances and recent transcations. This is annoying, hope Citi gets things fixed soon!
