HDFC Bank एक बैंक है जो भुगतान खाते, बचत खाते और भुगतान कार्ड प्रदान करता है। जब HDFC Bank डाउन है, तो मोबाइल बैंकिंग या इंटरनेट बैंकिंग के लिए लॉगिन काम नहीं कर रहा है, रिपोर्ट किए गए खाते का बैलेंस गलत हो सकता है, लेन-देन गायब हो सकते हैं या उपभोक्ता स्टोर्स में या ऑनलाइन भुगतान नहीं कर सकते।

I am unable to use HDFC app for the past 3 months and the HelpCentre is giving excuses and not allowing to let know the real reason for this issue. I have an NRE/NRO account from Australia and call centre agents are least bothered to give an exact reason for this issue and sending standard email like looking into the issue. I don't know if the problem is with HDFC bank or with the staff. Planning to close this account with HDFC as soon as land in India. Disgusting experience.

Hdfc upid not working since morning on gpay, phonepe, bhim, WhatsApp. I have called customer care 3 times, they don't know how to fix it

1.HDFC transactions are prompt&fast No time wastage 2.Less staff with more work turn out 3..Bank interior arrangement is good 4..staff are good/polite/brisk/helpful . 5 All computers/machines in good working condition. . 6 Money always available in ATMs No disappointment

I am facing a lot of problems in HDFC e-net. 1. Making beneficiary remains un approved, as the system provides no solution. 2. In every transaction, three levels of transaction approval is neither user friendly nor compatible with online bill payments. 3. Account Statement is an unsuccessful process.
