Money is not reflected in my indian bank customer care dead no response today please check

Namakkal district, pudhuchathram indian bank always slow process and not using token system, oftenly server problem... If we go for any bank process lilke jwell loan pledge or repledge it take whole day..... The workers are very lazy and not working swift manner as it is not the bank of busy always....... If we ask why this slow they said it is rural bank it alwsys like this......seems manager of the bank working like subordinate but subordinate are like manager posture......... Seeks no potent authorities to oversees these king of irregularities... Even customer care serviser are always bussy... If any urgent of debit card theft or other urgency to stop the payment.. How could contacts these lasy fools.........

II remitted Rs 370 in Google pay to be credited to the Indian Bank account of Valla Venkata Ramana at 1.32pm today but so far payment confirmation is not received
