Loading very slow ,got stuck after yesterday update

apparently Facebook wants to lose an devoted user since 2009 due to their new stupid things like no contacts list on the right side like the stay on page and leave page why do they do this i have complained many times but its the damn$$$$$$$$$$$$ they do not care about us just becuse i have stories and reels and ad removed i am being punished and i do not have makrket place either i do not want all that i just wan it like it was ayear ago but no $$$$$$$$ greed
