True….all apps on Samsung TV are out. After reset of TV nothiing works as it does not allow Terms & Conditions to download with error on SAMSUNG SERVER Non availability .. seems to be a worldwide issue since hours ?? Sadly SAMSUNG is not able to rectify ..
