Hey @PrimeVideo, when I download a movie and start watching said movie with no connection, why is it that I can’t continue said movie after pausing it for a minute. “Connection required to load details of this movie”. It played fine on airplane mode before that. Grow up. -

Amazon's support team confirmed the subscription is active, but it appears to be linked to a mobile number ending in **53. I do not own or recognize this number.
