Was gonna stream the new update most of the day but Xbox is having download issues today. Speed tests are fine but downloads are going at less than 1 mbps at times and no higher than like 70 mbps at spikes. Speed tests say im at 600+ mbps. @XboxSupport @Xbox

@Emilk010 Problem is Case West was a Xbox Live Arcade game, not a regular backward compatible one, the arcade service is what specifically died, on their deadline July 2024. idk much about how it allows access post shutdown but all this does is justify how much it needs an official PC port

@XboxSupport I’m convinced they’re not addressing this “bug” because the only fix for this is to turn off recurring billing and turn it back on, but when you do exactly that you will lose the grandfathered rate for xbox live that i am already trapped in because they no long offer 1yr subs.

@DeekeTweak The problem with the GP model is that it has essentially just swapped revenue with the traditional revenue they would get from first party sales and third party platform sales, both of which have been hurt from GP. Xbox live was also making $2B easily before GP with low costs.
