@AiOhthorexic @myselfspo could also be bad metabolism, incorrect calorie tracking/activity tracking (that's why i recommend a fitbit or apple watch), or you're at a plateau and need to eat regular maintenance or gain a bit so then you can lose it

#fitbit activity hours messed up after time change. This has been happening since 2016!! Shouldn’t there be programming in place to avoid this twice-yearly issue!!!
