@Ravisutanjani It's my primary app. Only issue is most of time time, app freezes in loading screen. As soon as unlocked with fingerprint, it keeps loading and scanner won't open. That's when Gpay comes to rescue. I have removed all other UPI apps.

@krupakotecha_ I’ve faced this issue many times with PhonePe. Their support usually says “contact IRCTC,” and IRCTC says “no transaction on our end.” It’s a dead loop. But this time, I directly raised a ticket with PhonePe support & got the refund. So don’t wait on IRCTC, keep pushing GPay.

@Tech_glareOffl For the uninitiated, if the issue is at NPCI end, all the apps like PhonePe, Gpay, Paytm would be affected. One of the ways to not get affected by this is to keep some amount in your UPI Lite wallet. UPI Lite transactions are handled at the app level so unaffected by NPCI issues.
