so can anyone explain to me how for the past 3 months I can barely get on Madden 26. It's been truly awful. Doesn't matter what time of day or night it takes me forever to get in. Then when I am in, I get booted off and I never get the chance to do anything. The game then marks me for quitting events and I loose out on everything so I get the lowest rewards. Not my wifi or my connection, troubleshooted till the cows came home definitely on their end.

what is the deal, i tried everything to deal with this issue. reinstalled ea app, and recovery. i even reinstalled windows(windows 10 and 11). uninstalled everything that has to do with ea, wiped cache, local app data. reinstalled, checked internet(wired and wireless) i even tried using proxy. how do i get my ea app to work so i can play my games(which require the app to work)?

Getting an error of connection failed with a billion numbers. I did some serious troubleshooting on my PS5. NOTHING. It has to be server side with EA. Nothing else makes sense at this point. Yet, EA site claims everything is up and running

My EA account cannot load save data from EA servers on PS4. Games affected: Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 Need for Speed (2015) In Plants vs Zombies the game shows the message: “Failed to retrieve save data.” In Need for Speed the game connects to the EA servers, but it does not load vinyls or car customizations from the server. The account is correctly linked with EA and PlayStation Network. The internet connection works normally and PSN services are online. I have already tried all troubleshooting steps suggested in the EA FAQ: restarting the console restarting the router logging out and back into PSN checking account linking and server status The problem still persists. What is also concerning is that today the same issue started appearing on another account on the same PS4, which makes me think this might be a server-side synchronization problem rather than an account configuration issue. Everything was working normally before this started happening. Has anyone else experienced this recently or found a solution?

@DRUNKKZ3 I think the reason you guys can't recreate the issue internally regarding the mouse hitching is probably because you are testing on windows 11. Majority of users from EA forums reporting this is on Windows 10.

@venti_pelo @BattlefieldComm It's Nividea rtx 3060, already tried undclocking and debug mode. Nothing fixed the issue. It's an ongoing issue with a huge thread on EA forum with fixes that work with some and don't work with others. It needs to be 'root cause' resolved by bf.
