@GloWorld Thank you. I got a mail that my complain has been resolved. The challenge is, Glo Network is generally not strong in this area. A few of my friends and neighbors that were using Glo already dropped the Sims. Maybe you'll need mount a Glo-antena or mask around this Axis to help

my cracked sims4 works perfectly fine with all the dlcs and i did that without experiencing the ‘nasty’ attitude yall talking about.. i guess its js skill issue

I am a frequent traveler in Delhi Metro's yellow line. I have both the sims of Airtel and Jio. When metro goes underground during a patch there is no connectivity of the Internet. Don't know why no telecom is fixing this issue...@Airtel @jioindia

I don't know if you're still having this issue, BUT, I completely emptied my mods folder and then disabled all my mods (I use Curseforge for my modding) then went through my mods folder and deleted all mods that weren't disabled and now my game is running!! I hope you gets yours running too!

All of yesterday and today, my game is refusing to load in. I'll resume game or even load an old one or make a new one but it just keep going back to the worlds. I click on a household, press play or travel somewhere and it just loads right back to the worlds menu. I dont know whats wrong with it. Anyone have advice?

i think i’m done with the sims 4 .. my game won’t even start up anymore it just gives me the “failed to load game” error. i know its a cc issue and not a mod issue but i just restarted my entire folder and downloaded new cc just for this to occur still.

omg!! same! I am currently installing sims back onto my computer. hope it works...I would play then when i would try to save it would freeze. Just kept freezing and then eventually not starting up at all with all mods/cc updated on my end.

Tried getting on. It worked perfectly 2 hours ago. Now I try to get on and its saying I need certain packs to play but I have them. This is getting frustrating.

I can always get it to load but it doesn't fully load into the game itself to the main page and always get "error on our end"

I had the same issue yesterday after getting cc; the only thing that worked for me was moving each new mod individually into the mod folder [after moving them out] instead of mass-selecting and moving them. it's really annoying but its what worked for me

Opened the game before I added some cc, and the game launched fine. After a few hours, I added quite a bit and then when I went to open again I got the message saying "an error on our end caused the launch to fail. try again a little later." So I took out everything I just added to see if it was me, did the EA app recovery, and even restarted my computer. Still getting the message. Doesn't seem to be my mods.

Yeah ended up having more problems getting them back to the mods folder what ea needs to do is support mods they don't do that btw but I can't believe they have a mods folder

You have to go through all of your mods and slowly reintroduce them one by one until you find the broken ones. The game is playable, you’re just having mod issues.
