@Runix25 @NOTimothyLottes Consider, for example, previous versions of MS Office being fairly complete products. Office 365 is what users are now forced into using. Slower, buggier, network bound, actively spies on users, more expensive over term, etc. Objectively worse as time moves forward.

OneDrive is moving things that were 'keep on this device' to cloud only by itself, and then I'm getting the "you deleted a lot of items recently"....ah....nope. Yet nothing is in the OneDrive recycle bin (??). Now it's syncing 100's of thousands of items from a machine that had no local files saved. Check your OneDrive. I can't even unlink PCs from the account now.

I have intermittent issues trying to retrieve & save files in some of the folders in my own onedrive. I was working on a file I opened from my onedrive & 4 minutes later when I tried to save it, it told me the onedrive location wasn't available & to try again later.... ?!?!?!? Microsoft=Winning!

We're seeing weird issues with the admin portal - logging in with Admin role, it seems Microsoft is not recognizing any licensing and, occasionally, it'll rotate being the normal user page with 0 licenses, an error of "you don't have access to see licenses", and "user is deleted" errors...

Deleting the account from your iPhone and re-adding it fixes the issue for users who use Apple Mail instead of Outlook. I've had to walk a lot of users through it in the last two days.

I am so utterly annoyed- anybody else experiencing Office 365- OneDrive sync issues since last Saturday? Microsoft- certainly- does not respond, IT guys don't know what to do and expect me to wait for Microsoft to respond- seems the whole club is just run by Zlers and Millennials

Apple Mail (Mac OS 15.3.1) still not functioning when any kind of 2FA is enabled. It times out after entering the verification code (either authenticator app or SMS verification. Way to go, Microsoft. You're almost as bad as Rackspace. I guess give it a couple more days...

iOS is connecting for me. I had to go to the bottom and click Details... to see the problem and then it said to enter the password. I went into Settings, Mail and entered the password and it reconncted. Crowdstrike was a Crowdstrike problem. They admitted to it. I don't like these problem as much as anyone else, but people do make mistakes. For Apple mail, how do you back it up if you switch your business domains to them? I can backup the whole (all) MS tenant(s) to a Synology NAS and have an offline backup. I'm not sure if there is a way to do that with iCloud, especially with several tenants.
