Been having intermittent server traffic issues. Trying to download office365 on new office computer, in a fiber network, plenty of bandwidth available, yet at 3% download after 45 minutes. It looks like a server w/ a bad time. I sent an email to an off-site location. They replied back to me 20 minutes later (8:19), but it looked like my email time stamped 8:58 vs. 7:58

Absolutely. I did a message trace for a user who reported not receiving email from one person in particular. The message trace showed approximately 10 messages to various users, all coming through this morning. Only one of the 10 was to this user, where she was expecting multiple. Just providing an example of the randomness.

It’s going to appear fairly random in effect externally because they’re experiencing chaotic overload and data consumption in their back end. What goes down depends on the local hardware it’s active in, and what other data/software is stored there.

It's hit or miss for us. I tried sending from my work account on my cell and the email is sitting in the Outbox with a queued status. Also fielding reports from users about email not coming through from some external sources while receiving fine from others.
