I have 3 Amazon smart air quality monitors that have not had history for over 2 days. No update available from Amazon on this issue. Two are fairly new, the others is over 4 years old. history is available on older one but nothing recent.

Same here. She just keeps repeating 'I'm not Quite Sure How to Help You With That.' My network is perfectly fine... Not only that, am I the only one who feels as though Alexa is growing dumber and slower by the day?

Yeah its not even letting me logging to amazon now also. Saying its something on their end! Thats 2 things that went down within an hour. First it was afterpay now amazon and alexa.... Odd... 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yup, same issue. I'm met with the same response. "Sorry, I didn't get that. The Internet isn't reachable.". Meanwhile my home network is fine, leading me to think it's something on Amazon's end.

Alexa and Audible are both down for me. Terrible timing - I can’t even listen to my audiobook on airplane mode which makes no sense

Anybody else just started having issues?! Alexa wont even respond or activate.... Same with the app now says no network connection. Even tho every other device in my house has connection, pc, tv, phone, tablets! just started doing it. Asked alexa to turn off my kitchen lights, responded saying can't do it. So i power cycled it twice and its still not even responded to the simple hey alexa command....

The same of others, skills are all broken. Can't listen to either Spotify nor Amazon Music. Thought it was on my side, reseted to factory settings, wasted 1hr settings everything again just to find out it is still broken

you're kidding. Dude I was online with an AMAZON tech. he told me to reinitialize my alexa. he asked how old it was. I'm like. who cares. the issue is not the ALEXA its the APP. its the server. So he made me reset 1 of 9 I have in my house and then delete the app. useless. then he said. oh i see some calls coming in with the same issue. I'm sorry you went through that. but don't do anything anymore. wait. Dont delete anymore skills - whatever you did not delete will be there when this is fixed. Telling you man. Lfe was better before all this

Damn it, I uninstalled everything, now I have to reprogram everything!!! Insane... Alexa doesn't even remember my routines. I'm using the same account! Damn.... Alexa is just the worst loll

Opened the Alexa app on my phone to check skills, and its showing ""Sorry! Something went wrong. Please try again later.". Same error on my tablet.

DEMAREST NJ-all internet connected and Alexa appears on the network. Alexa responsed 9:15 AM and after that completly non responsive which prevails now.

Update after my original post below, appears to be back online. Amazon was apparently aware of the situation and working on resolving the issue. Still a humongous App, wish there was a light version of it, I don't use it for everything it's meant for. --- Alexa App keeps shutting down, total loss of control over all devices. It's becoming bloatware.
