Most listings are not showing prices only "Personalize It" or "See Options". Most listing pages say "This product is not available for customization at this moment" or "To see product details, add this item to your cart." All listings say "Select Delivery Location" instead of showing my address. Profile page "Buy again", "Lists and Registries" both say "Sorry, we're having trouble loading". Unable to load any previous orders. Clicking on certain items brings me to "UH-OH Something went wrong at our end." page.

Dec. 23 at 7.00 pm tried to buy gift card for family and payment declined. Checked with credit card company no problems. Amazon page that wants payment revised or changed is frozen. Nowhere to cancel order and try sgain. Very dissappointed at Xmas

Jeudi j'ai vécu un bug de la matrice avec ma mère qui peut témoigner : j'ai sorti ma commande Amazon du carton et qqs minutes+ tard, le carton était de nouveau scellé, mais vide. +sieurs minutes à chercher par où j'avais sorti mon fouet, aucune ouverture, j'arrête pas d'y penser.

I keep getting payment declined email, however I paid with affirm. Affirm approved the loan and paid Amazon (I confirmed w affirm and loan shows approved payments set up) still getting “payment revision needed” on my order. Amazon wasn’t much help, agent told me to wait 3 business days

Same here, and YES it's bad. Especially since Amazon can't at least place a msg on their website notifying users of issues so that Users con't panic and spend hrs trying to figure problems out.

Today when I tried to Ask it a question it would never answer or do anything, so I reset it and bam won't connect to any wifi network, my wifi is fine, on the app it says something went wrong like 1mil times, and would exit setup and causes me to restart it again... my lights won't respond either, and same with my upstairs assistants... is this a server side issue??? I need to know as this is making me angry and I'm loosing my patience...
