I have been locked out of my account for OVER A WEEK due to the sign in issues, and for the whole time Microsoft have been telling me there isn't an issue. App not working, getting notifications of emails but not loading when I click on them. Uninstalled app and reinstalled, now cannot get my accounts to authenticate. On PC I can see emails, but receive "not sent" responses when I send emails, which when I look on the web version I can see have sent. And subsiding ticket prices without having the revenue to do so does cause economic problems. I’m not against subsiding ticket prices and prolonged investment, but you’d have to find that money
