I have been locked out of my account for OVER A WEEK due to the sign in issues, and for the whole time Microsoft have been telling me there isn't an issue. They are also refusing to reinstate my account and saying I breached their terms of use which I did not, its due to this error that is their own fault, and keep sending generic responses which take them two days to send. I've even emailed the uk ceo and not had a response yet.
