.@MicrosoftTeams can you guys fix notifications for Teams? Not an issue for business but as a Skype replacement this has been just awful. No notifications just regularly. Ios,pc does not seem to matter. No one will or can use it if it doesn't work.

@MicrosoftTeams So my wife's Windows 8 was happily running Skype. It stopped and Teams was advised. It doesn't work unless you have a NASA rated Laptop - it freezes on hers and my Windows 11..a load of rubbish..who built this nonsense? Skype was fine..we've spent hours on it..

@MicrosoftTeams teams has a recurring issue as there is no sync happening between system working n mobile messages - issue needs immediate fix. Many facing same issue / Skype was far more stable !!

I haven't been able to connect for months. I have to use my phone. And that only works half the time. I never have issue with

We are having an issue flagged by different clients with Teams app - asking the user to connect to the internet, when they clearly are. The online version works fine (as a workaround), however, not a version they are used with. Anyone else noticing a similar issue?

@MicrosoftTeams our whole tenant in EU (+400 users) is experiencing issues with status in Teams, got any more info about this? Same problem in the WebGUI as on desktop client. People are either shown as offline or away and can’t change it manually.

go to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections - right click on WiFi , go to properties, click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click properties. At the bottom click the option "Use the following DNS server addresses" - change the Alternative DNS server to 1.1.1.1 - and the preferred DNS server to whatever your router address is (you can find this by opening cmd (command prompt) and typing in ipconfig /all) it will then say the DNS IP address under DNS servers, input this address into preferred DNS server box and it should hopefully work

I am with BT for my broadband. Teams issues with connectivity on mobile and PC app. Messages not loading, cannot hear any sound on calls / making or receiving calls. Turning on all my notification banners and re-setting my settings every time I log out/back in again.

I've had this issue with a customer of mine- they were on Vodafone broadband, but tethering didn't help so it's unlikely to be something to do with Voda's broadband.

Issues today appear to be DNS related changing DNS server to 1.1.1.1 resolves the issue, colleague reports similar issues on Virgin.

Changing DNS from Vodafone's own to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 fixes this. It's a Vodafone DNS issue.
