Time services have resolved (Midlands UK). Still reporting some issues with NAT type / UPnP. Latency now down to 14ms whereas previously was up at 150ms.

When it doesn't connect to internet it gives you the time of 02.22 then it counts in real time how long you've been on waiting. Hence why different times some people have had Xbox on longer

Able to login now, but cant load any games online due to a service outage. Appaears the store is now able to be viewed alongside play history which 20mins ago i couldnt access so hopefully there already trying to fix this issue. Would be nice if this was reflected on the xbox live status page.

Xbox 360 backwards compatibility not letting me sign in right now it gets the Xbox live error. I even tried turning off the subscription renewal and then turn on again as usual way to fix but it didn’t work.

@XboxSupport Hey @XboxSupport lots and lots of people are having NAT issues. I’ve tried three different internet providers and it’s the same thing NAT type: Unavailable. It’s not an isp issue, it’s on your side since the recent update. Acknowledge the issue on your end!!!!!!

The game doesn’t even have the glorious intro cutscene. It’s missing so much. It’s bad. They then put that on

@xbox @XboxSupport you have litterally 30 minutes to fix these slow downloads before i go and switch to playstation… when you have fiber internet and xbox is stuck at 30 mpbs and everyone is having the same issue you know it’s a problem.

Was gonna stream the new update most of the day but Xbox is having download issues today. Speed tests are fine but downloads are going at less than 1 mbps at times and no higher than like 70 mbps at spikes. Speed tests say im at 600+ mbps. @XboxSupport @Xbox

@Emilk010 Problem is Case West was a Xbox Live Arcade game, not a regular backward compatible one, the arcade service is what specifically died, on their deadline July 2024. idk much about how it allows access post shutdown but all this does is justify how much it needs an official PC port

@XboxSupport I’m convinced they’re not addressing this “bug” because the only fix for this is to turn off recurring billing and turn it back on, but when you do exactly that you will lose the grandfathered rate for xbox live that i am already trapped in because they no long offer 1yr subs.
