@Postmates trying to place and order right now and there is a promo for no fees that is applying to my order but when I place, it does not work. I also cannot remove promo to place order without it. seems to be constant issue please help.

@Postmates DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS APP. THEY USE 3rd WORLD NON ENGLISH SPEAKERS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE WHO CANT RESOLVE ISSUES THEY SONT UNDERSTAND.

@Postmates_Help Postmates support: we will follow up on your issue in 6-12 hours. It’s been 48 hours and still waiting. Poor customer service.

@sacred_bea Exactly ? I can’t be bothered to cook and then I’ll browse postmates for an hour. Once I decide on something I’ll load up a cart and see how expensive it is and just lose my appetite.

@UberEats @uber_support for over a week, every time we try to order delivery every restaurant says there is no one available. We try other delivery services and there is no issue. We just ordered delivery through @Postmates (which I thought was defunct) without issue

@Postmates anyone else seriously over the bad customer service of postmates? So sick of checking out and promo codes not working and customer service response is not our problem!

Hey @Postmates your customer service sucks. Didn’t receive an entire entree Saturday night, reported the issue & no response from customer service until just now & they’re saying it’s outside of the refund window. HELP!
