@LeviSpires @farzyness Uber drivers inspect the cars after each ride too, not to mention during it. But they don’t have any requirement to keep that information secure

Keep the cancellation charges, It seems you will require penny amount for your survival. The way Uber is running, you guys will need this amount. Considering just driver's part and forgetting the fact that without customers, you will only have car running all around by driver.

@RapidoCares I don't want to take any ride on rapido from yesterday,I believe that @Uber_India is the best in delivering the quality services to their customers as I had never faced this type of any issues with UBER, but seriously I won't refer anyone to choose rapido,and he wasted my time.

@Uber_India @Uber_Support - In uber parcel service I booked yesterday, driver demanded double the fare shown on the app at the time of booking. Delivery was delayed as he took the wrong route at many points, refusing to receive calls. No response to my complaint or by support.
