@BeeNetwork Then you need to put a poster on the stops outside of Tesco! There are easily 8/10 people waiting for a bus. 4 of them was saying they don’t have access to internet. This is cousin a HUGE problem for the area. I’ve had to use Uber more and more and I’ve paid for a £20 ticket!

@Uber_Support IS THE WORST SUPPORT! This is why I prefer DoorDash - they have an easier support system. I asked Palik (Uber rep) to escalate the issue TWICE and instead he forced the refund, without asking, and closed the support chat. DoorDash never is rude or acts like that.

@BillAckman @Hertz DPU would be 25-35% higher imo. Hertz doesn’t properly maintain their vehicles. Even with light displayed for maintenance they encourage you to drive it until it breaks down. This could be isolated to the SoCal market however. The Uber vehicles are entirely problematic and 1/2

It has become always a problem for using UBER services for me as the payment made by me on 18.02.25 for auto services is shown as dues in the app for the last four or five times by reporting to this support services. Don't know why it's happening repeatedly causing irritation

I just had one my worst experiences with @Uber_India today. The driver just dropped us off in the middle of nowhere at midnight and my uber app just deducted the amount from my wallet claiming it to be an "appropiate compensation for distance covered." Really @Uber_Support?
