Has anyone else had a problem with @UberEats refusing to refund money for a missing item? Apparently, if they’ve given you credit before for a missing item, you just lose your money. I let them know immediately. No phone, only recourse is social media.

I tried calling several #’s to get help. All customer service people said there is no live help for consumers and to use HELP on the APP. It didn’t resolve the problem at all! @UberEats

@UberEats is the only company in the world that will keep asking you for screenshot of the error message even after you have provided it at least thrice. They don’t read. They don’t understand customer service. They just keep copying a template and pasting without knowledge.

Only made $2,600 my first 36 days on ubereats when I'd go offline to sleep, since leaving the app live 24/7 beginning in February, I've made over $7,000 in the past 60 days. Should finally have my running average above $100/day by end of today, day 97 $9650 earned.

In the morning I’m going to make so much noise. I tried to get my refund but the app says the receipt won’t be available for 24 hours. Then sent to my email. Yeah…. The service has changed tremendously. I just canceled #UberOne off #UberEats

@FreshDirect NYC, you need a separate telephone number. I have issues with my #UberEats Delivery order that could have been fixed before it was even picked up, if I was able to contact you. Instead, I got customer service. @Uber_Support

@UberEats So customers with delivery issues are no longer able to quickly resolve. It takes days for a "customer service" bot to respond that the delivery matches the order. Just want to make sure that is what you are calling improved customer service.

hey @UberEats drove to McDonald’s at 4:30am for a delivery—store says they cancelled it because they’re breakfast-only at that time. your app still let the order go through. wasted my gas + time. no comp, no fix. why are drivers paying for your broken backend?
